My best friend and i go to maccas very frequently to get chocolate and coffee frappes, and so far there has never been a better store than this one. The staff members are always lovely, and have striked up friendly conversation on many occasions, and on the rare chance there is a mix up, they are extremely apologetic and kind.
The food and frappes have never ever dipped in quality and overall the experience is the best you can hope for.
Keep up the great work guys :)

We have been to this maccas for yearssss, apart from the occasional mix up which we think is fair, it kind of just happens in fast food. Their service has been great and the food is always how it’s expected to be. We went there tonight and I asked for extra pickles… and they gave me extra pickles. Well done to the workers 😌

I have never spoken to such a nice McDonald’s employee ever, so understanding and nice to me. Even in such a stupid misunderstanding between a delivery driver, it means a lot. I’m very grateful. I wish I got your name so I could give you full credit. Thank you so much, seriously.

Whoever made the mcchicken around 4:05pm has made the best mcchicken I’ve ever had. Perfect sauce lettuce to l Hmmmm chicken ratio, tasted fresh as and eat, was hot and it was made clean nothing felt out the sides was absolutely perfect. Id take a photo but it was too good gone in 4 minutes

Serious quantity here for 12 bucks (rewards token pricing). Slurpy was from 7Eleven. Freshly cooked and consistently Maccas ie you know what your getting each time.
Didn't eat it all, they're Big Macs in the boxes, others are Cheeseburgers. The two of us didn't eat it all at once! Oh the pleasure then the guilt then who cares! PS cheese burgers, wrapped in clingfilm freeze well as do the chips. Defrost naturally that is slowly then zap in microwave for a few seconds on high, then start again IE pleasure,guilt etc etc Oh, Great service as well!

I regularly get served by friendly staff here. For some reason I always find it slow but my burgers are always super fresh!

To be honest, I would have to say that it was the best big Mac and fries I have had in a while. The Mac was chock full and actually looked like the picture. Everything was freshly made, even the chips. Came to me hot and crisp. Great job guys 💪
Only issue I had was the self service ticket machine had an error, but the staff helped with that, and I also didn't win anything in the monopoly game 🥲

Doreen maccas always nails it with the fries - freshness and quantity. Drive through service 100% better than the Plenty Rd maccas too. Friendly and respectable staff provide courteous service at the drive through no matter what time of day.

Orders are quite often incorrectly given and/or forgotten all together. If you order fries, make sure that you check to see if they actually filled them correctly!

Helpful staff keep an eye on customers’ needs. I often go there with kids, and one day the play area was found very dirty due to someone’s fault. As soon as I found this and reported to one of the staff, she reported it to another staff (probably manager ) for arranging it to be cleaned. Very impressed.

The young lady that served me was amazing. So helpful and so lovely. She couldn't do enough. She was right on the ball and when my grand daughter dropped a chip she was there beforewe got a chance to pick it up.My husband commented to me how fantastic she was and I said to him that you don't see that wonderful service any more. Not sure of her name but she may have been of Indian descent. Your store is very lucky to have her as this kind of service is not seen anymore. Hope she goes a long way. Debra.

I have had many a coffee and burger here staff very haplful friendly and all working very hard as I sit and notice them all working together I particularly noticed one young man he was working amazingly and helping others too they all seem a great crew. I had to ask his name I was so impressed JOEY well done I work at the Melbourne Pier as a Supervisor for the Cruise Ships and notice great staff.

Had issues with our Menulog delivery driver, contact with them was very helpful and kind. When our food arrived they left a lovely thank you letter with some vouchers. Customer service here is fantastic !

The Staff are great, very polite & courteous.
We have always been made to feel very much at home.
They are very keen for feedback of any type to be able to keep on improving on what is already a great service.

Whoever was looking after cleaning this morning, he shows great customer service. Greeting little kids when coming in giving them fist pumps and even brought me water without asking for it because he noticed it was not outside.

Drive thru looked pretty busy but flowed nicely and I was on my way in no time. Friendly, polite staff, service with a smile 😀👍
