Magnolia on Orchard

I recently came here for brunch with some friends and enjoyed my experience. We happened to arrive just before 11am, so by the time we ordered, we could order from both the all day breakfast menu as well as the lunch menu.

I ordered the eggs benedict with house-made hash browns. It did not disappoint!

I also really liked how I could choose my own juice by picking 3 different fruits. I enjoyed a fresh orange and apple juice.

The staff were very friendly and accomodating to help us fit 5 people on a table. Quick service and great food.

You can clearly tell this place is loved by the locals as when we arrived, the whole outside dining area was filled with patrons, kids and even dogs.

Like the other reviews stated, you do need to line up and order your food rather than have a wait staff come and collect your order. But that is no biggie in my opinion.

Overall, a great experience!

Thank you to the staff. I ordered coffees and walked out but tripped over myself and made a mess everywhere. The lovely staff/owner made fresh coffees instantly and wouldn't take another payment from me even though i just spilt coffee everywhere and they were very busy. Totally embarrassing for me but thankful the staff looked after me. It also helps that the food and coffee is fantastic from these guys!

Beautiful fathers day breakfast today at Magnolia on Orchard. Superb coffee. Bravo to the barista. Scrumptious Big Breakfast and Chilli Scrambled eggs the only two meals I photographed. Warm and welcoming atmosphere and fabulous staff.

Had the bacon benny and throughly enjoyed it. The coffee was great too.

Only thing was it was pretty busy when we went and it was a bit of chaos trying to figure out if we were supposed to wait to be seated or find our own table.

For anyone else visiting for the first time, find your own table and go to the front to order and tell them where you’re sitting.

Absolutely delicious coffee! - top notch quality. Friendly and prompt service. Food is good and the atmosphere is great. Did I mention the coffee?! A hidden treasure in the burbs!

Had their herb and lemon crusted fried calamari with salad and chips
The calamari was probably the best Ive ever had (incl in Greece)
So good I left most of my chips and a $5 tip as waitresses worked their tails off

Not a bad place to eat. Food is nice and as you can see in the photo below the milkshake is served in the large metal cup which is always a bonus.

This is my favourite place for coffee, a quick snack or a sit down meal, the staff are always professional, polite and friendly and nothing is too much trouble.

Great food, great service. Staff very friendly, helpful and polite. Had the chili scramble. Just the right amount of spice. Loved it.

Fantastic food, great staff & service. Had a brunch here and went back for breakfast the next day. Lovely, friendly atmosphere inside and the owners clearly take pride in their work and establishment. The plants for sale are a nice touch too. Highly recommended!

We dropped in for Sunday brunch. My wife had the brekky burger and fresh orange and apple juice. I had the beef burger which came with a generous portion of fries. I also had the detox juice which consisted of juiced orange, apple, carrot and ginger. The food was great and the juices very tasty. Service was prompt and friendly. We look forward to returning again.

Our local coffee shop- love the coffee, love the food. Burger night was a great addition. You have to order at the counter but I have no issues with that, easier to pay at the time of ordering and no issues splitting bills. The young couple who own this place have really done an amazing job at refreshing the menu and offering since taking over.

The staff were lovely kind
and helpful , the atmosphere was very pleasant and the food was the best breakfast I had ever had. So was the iced coffee with ice cream yumm . Highly recommend this cafe has a very good menu to suit everyone 🌻🙂

Amazing friendly staff with a can do attitude. (Fit us in on Mother’s Day when they were very busy and we didn’t have a booking)
Comfortable seating and atmosphere.
Very clean.
Food is delicious with plenty of options and variety.
Very lucky to have this wonderful cafe so close to my home and work.

We walk down to Magnolia 4 times a week for coffee and take away with our dog and baby. Love this cafe! Great service and great food. We have also recently dined in for Mother’s Day and enjoyed some delicious breakfast and prompt service on a busy day. Always a really nice atmosphere with people to talk to and socialise with out the front. Cafe decor is also lovely and great facilities for a baby with high chairs and change table.

Love getting coffee from our local cafe multiple times a week! They are the best. Amazing coffee, food is yum and dog friendly! Lovely staff and service. They also do burger nights which are soooo yummy! They are a must!
