KFC Bundoora

My first visit to this KFC outlet and boy was it busy. A steady stream of customers flowing in and out of the restaurant.Very friendly and helpful staff. They seemed very embarrassed to say they had run out of the fillets that make up their burgers and the wait was 5 minutes and extremely surprised when I said I would wait (In my day burgers bought from Milk Bars used to take more than that to create...). Not surprisingly, the Chicken Fillet burgers were hot and mighty fresh.

Once I ordered off the app I got my food fresh and fast. The chips were perfectly salted and nice and warm. For the burger it was perfect and nice and moist.

Staff are amazing! This is my go to kfc and the staff are friendly and efficient and food comes really quick

Nice and clean you don't see that mach any more friendly service...

Stock standard KFC food . Pretty good

It's KFC. Pretty standard. It's annoying how small the chips sizes are now.

The best kfc I ever went to. Because we got a kind compliment from the worker and he said”you’ve got a nice smile and I’ll give you something on the house” and gave me a double Choc mousse. As for a 10 year old that fainted this morning this helped a lot. Thank you.

Often get my order right. We had a girl who was a trainee and it was her first day.
She listened attentively till I was finished, was polite and said she just needed help because it was her first day, (I would have never known or was her first day) excused herself and asked the manager for help and he attended to the trainee straight away and we were served by both of them with exceptional customer service.

Meal was tasty, the place was clean, as were the toliets.

Excellent service in the drive through. Fast and efficient. Can't speak to the atmosphere as I have not walked in. I can't speak to the food either as I'm vegetarian but my son inhaled his box of chicken, chips and potato and gravy.

Our local KFC, went there for an easy Friday night dinner (as we do sometimes I know cheeky). They were having POS down issues but the staff were so lovely and doing their best to take everyone's order in store and in drive through and not mess it up with the unreliable POS, team members were coming through drive through and explaining the issue to each person which was lovely and seemed to help people not lose their cool while waiting in line. They were super lovely and polite as well as apologetic even though it was not at all the staffs issue and a technology problem (which can be out of everyone's control) the team seemed to really be keeping their cool in a stressful situation. Well done to everyone on tonight. We hope you fixed the issue, and sorry my partner (who works in IT) wasn't able to help much with your specific software. Dinner was great thanks to you all ❤

Great and speedy service and was impeccable.
Fresh hot food.
Only thing negative I have to say is it is hard to enter and exit and parking is tough too.

Service is the best I have ever had at a kfc. The staff are so friendly and enthusiastic. Great bunch of kids working here and my daughter and I have been going through drive through for ages.

My drive thru experience here as a local has been great. Recently they are so fast its fab! Theres a young guy at the drive thru who is a gun. I dont know his name, but locals say he is related to Chuck Norris. Keep it up.

Based on today's purchase: Friendly service from drive through windows. Food came out in good quality.

Clean crappa and quick/great friendly service.
Chicken cooked perfect too, not oily at all like some stores.. 👌
