Right from when the lady answered the phone they were aware of me ordering
a Blackforest cake & switch me to bakery they knew exactly where the cake was & the communication between the staff to me was very very impressive ! Well done to the staff, happy customer & fantastic staff! Leonie 🎂

Good friendly staff at Bundoora, always willing to open an extra checkout when it gets busy.

Have always found the staff to be helpful and friendly. Store is spacious and rarely crowded. Would be great if they could open more checkouts - often only 1 open on a weeknight.

Best safeway in Northern suburbs do shopping on weekends quiet out of the way place no crowds like nearby coles

Good place but limited items

Im a regular shopper at Bundoora Square Woolworths and feel i must compliment the store and one particular manager. "Bridget", on every occasion with every request has gone out of her way to assist. She has been patient, polite and extremely helpful. While all your staff show similar qualities I single her out as she seem to go above and beyond in assisting customers. Congratulations

Great store with a good variety of food stuff and friendly staff but hard to find a car park with all the accommodation in the area

Great parking, friendly staff and a huge selection. Very happy with the free fruit for kids as it helps me shop. Love the hand sanitisation towel as well to wipe down the trolley before popping in toddlers. Great to see a food donation bin for people that need the help. Thanks staff!

Older style Woolworths that could use a refurbishment when compared to other nearby supermarkets. However this site is always very well stocked and rarely busy. Very easy for a quick shop. Could use some additional self service checkouts however as there are only 5 and can sometimes be a queue.

It’s probably kind of really strange to give a review to a Safeway, but I must say that I like this one. I have been here a couple of times and the stock seems to be always high and available. The self check out section is also pretty easy to use as they have a lot of check outs so not too much of a queue. Quick and easy.

Great place to shop for fresh foods, meats, deli and other daily necessities. Very clean environment and friendly atmosphere. Spacious, organised and easy to follow lay out in searching grocers from aisle to aisle. Staffs are very helpful and approachable. Definitely a great part of the local community in Bundoora.

Good place for your everyday shopping. Plenty of parking space.

Been going there for 20 years with mum every one knows us and are so friendly towards us great people love them for their help.

Great staff and customer service, always get greeted with a smile and assistance is never far away if you need help with anything, it's staff like Melissa that keep customers from going to competitors no matter what promotions they have.

Every time I go there it’s truly a relaxing shopping experience. My favourite thing to do here is walk into the ice cream section and feel important when the lights above the freezers turn on for me. The spacious walkways in the ice cream area mean that you’re not fighting for the ice cream’s attention with another person - everyone gets their own personal space. It’s great.

I’m almost convinced they release some sort of calming essence in the air of this woolies because i’m always put in a trance whenever I go here...
