Love this grocer. Staff are really friendly. The deli girls are always so busy but always smiling. Fruit and veg, super cheap just wish you guys were open on a Sunday

Psarakos Market has a great variety and prices. I am still surprised they had prickly pear fruits! It’s something that I was missing much from my hometown Mexico and it was a beautiful surprise to spot them there!

I come from Eltham to buy cans of low sodium mackerel, low sodium pickled veggies and occasional low sugar sweets, all imported from Europe. Yum. Always friendly, helpful staff if I have questions.

Haven't been here in years as I found their produce too hit and miss to justify the extra travel. But wow, what an improvement and so much cheaper than big supermarkets and some other local greengrocers. Their deli has always been great and their continental goods also; that remains the case. I also noticed a marked improvement in service which was much friendlier than I remember. I would be happy to return.

Just love this place. Old school European feeling and service. Staff speak many languages and the deli part has a great ticket system that is always busy. The freshest fruit and vegetables. Also the best range of European imported foods. Bargains galore. Even give you a box instead of plastic bags if you like. I always walk out with a box of healthy food. Shop here once and you're hooked.

Psarakos Market is like a big, open pantry you find in all southern European homes, all the old favourites from Italy, Greece and Croatia among many others. Fruit and veg are top class and cheap and the deli goods are plentiful in variety. They sell booze too!

I highly recommended Psarakos Market for the Deli alone. They have some fantastic imported food and drinks that I haven’t been able to find anywhere else. Overall a fantastic market which isn’t that crowded and offers an amazing deli, fresh fruit and vegetables plus some vegan options.

Great produce, best deli in by far in the neighbourhood - I spend ages in there trying to decide on which cheese and salami!!! very well priced most items cheaper than Coles /Woollies - worth it by far. Great quality at great price. Lots of Greek/Italian/Croatian sourced groceries too.

The deli is the BEST in Melbourne! So reasonably priced and all the staff (not just in the deli) are lovely. They get to know the regulars like me and my sons and they offer advice if you're not sure which meats or cheeses to buy. Great selection of items throughout the store that you usually cannot find in a Woolies or Coles. In my view, the Australian feta is the best in the area, it even trumps any of the options in the Preston Market.

Where u can buy fresh meat

Best fresh produce always great quality and seasonal variety. If you can't get it at Psarakos you can't get it anywhere! Incredible selection of Mediterranean and Balkan goods. Bakery, fishmonger and butcher all excellent quality and fresh. Get your goat here!

Has a great deli with just about everything you could want or need, as well as fruit and nuts etc, fresh fruit and veggies, continental produce, alcohol section, non perishables, coffee, sweets/biscuits and more, it really is a terrific store with a nice atmosphere and friendly efficient staff

Good parking at the front, very friendly staff, plenty of products throughout the store, fruit can be quite hit and miss.. Overall a great place to come too - especially for the deli section!

Lovely vegan cheese options & they stock the best hummus in town. Cheap fresh high quality fruit & veg. Friendly staff.
