Great service, allowed me to do my shopping while waiting for a script. The girl who served me, I think her name was Johanne, was so lovely and friendly.

After being 'treated' by a very dismissive and rude doctor in the neighbouring medical centre, it was a pleasure to be greeted with enthusiasm and lateral-thinking solutions for my issue by an older, experienced pharmacy assistant. This lovely lady has always greeted with a smile and been wonderful in her service to customers. She is an asset to this business and deserves recognition. Thankyou!!

Called in this morning to ask for some info on pricing of scripts, the lady serving me said she would have a look at a few things for me. Next thing I know she is passing over my filled script and price match another pharmacy.... excellent customer service, smiling faces... good old school service.... shop local !!!! They really care.

Twice I have forgotten my meds in the last 12months. I come down to this area a few times a year.
The dispensing chemist is rock solid, does not get annoyed or flustered with my problem of organizing my scripts from home.
She makes backup checks to ensure the scripts are being processed and ready to be faxed to kallangur pharmacy the same day.
Staff who cares and wants to assist and wit a smile. Very well done kallangur pharmacy.😃

The staff in this pharmacy are ALWAYS helpful, pleasant and take the time to explain what is needed.

One of my favorite chemists, staff are always friendly and very helpful and it's great that i can just leave my scripts here go do my shopping and know that my scripts are always ready for me without waiting.

So much cheaper than the other chemist I've been to for my medication.
