I am very lucky to live so close to this chemist. They are always so helpful with both my daughters, keeping scripts on file and always have a genuine interest in how our family is going.

Today, I needed to pick up a script but my newborn was asleep in the car. Amanda was amazing and came to the car to give us the item and take payment which meant I didn’t need to take the baby out of the seat. Thank you Amanda!!

We have been using GCDP since it opened and have found the level of service to be fantastic.... Until this week. This week, it just went next level! Having travelled to Cairns for work, I had forgot my daily medication! After a panicked call to the Sukhveer and finding a local pharmacy for her to liaise with - it was all sorted within a few hours and I was able to pick up my script. Not only did this bring my stress levels down substantially, but this level of customer support and caring I truely don't believe would have been offered from some of the other bigger players, and those that certainly are not focused on, and are about the community. Generally, the team are awesome, from the sales/counter staff to pharmacistists and If I could give 10 stars, that still would be not enough.

I've been a regular customer at this pharmacy for a few months now and I must say, I'm impressed with their service. The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable and ready to help with any questions or concerns I have about my medications. They have a wide range of products available and I appreciate that they offer personalized recommendations based on my needs. The pharmacy is always clean and organized, making it easy to find what I need. Additionally, their Apps prescription refill system is convenient and efficient. Overall, I highly recommend this community pharmacy to anyone looking for great service and quality products.

Have been going here for many years and have to say it is the best chemist in the area. They have kept my scripts on file, always reminds me when I am coming up to running out of repeats which is so handy. They have great knowledge and advice on products and I can not get my regular medication anywhere cheaper. They also will order in a medication if they don’t stock it. The staff are amazing and so friendly, Amanda’s customer service is 10/10 with her genuine concern and caring nature when getting medication you need, amazing. Also the female pharmacist is so kind, knowledgeable and offers great advice when starting new medication. All in all, this store is the best in the area!!!

The lady who serves at the counter with the black/brown hair, always has a smile. Has been amazing with both me and my partner , anytime we've been in the chemist she has been so good with our scripts. And if we've needed a hand with something in the store giving us great recommendations with products so respectful and caring towards us. I really appreciate the welcoming vibe we get each time we go into the chemist and how lovely everyone is

The staff here are all amazing, from the pharmacist to the assistant they all go over and above to provide exceptional service and care.
You're not just a number like some of the bigger pharmacies that just tell you they're out of stock and send you on your way. Griffin Community pharmacy offer to order it in for you and can when it arrives. Or the pharmacist will offer another medication to ask your doctor about. They are an 11 out of 10 and can't thank them enough for all their help over the years.

I was in a world of pain with a tooth infection last week.

At my wits end so I went in for some help. As soon as I got there I was attended to immediately, walking me through options to sooth the pain till my dentist appointment, making sure I knew how to take the pain meds correctly.

They also checked in on me afterwards to see how I was going? A great team who shows genuine care.

After working in pharmacy myself for almost a decade I really appreciate the amazing service and care the ladies at this chemist have for their customers! They’re always friendly and kind and a pleasure to visit for scripts and any other medications you might need 👍🏻

The lady who helped my mum and I today after my mum couldn't access her medication due to flooding you are an angel. She was so helpful and went out of her way to make sure my mum had what she needed. Wonderful service and she was super switched on to all the medications the look of them what they were for. Amazing! A billion stars. I wish I knew her name!

Great service. Super friendly and helpful. Stuck in Qld due to floods and run out of medication. Scripts left at home as this was supposed to be a short visit.Staff were super helpful and contacted my normal pharmacy to arrange a copy of prescriptions and filled them while I waited. Way above and beyond what I could have expected. Best service in any industry that I have received in memory.

Staff are so friendly, welcoming, approachable and make the service really personal. I call ahead to have my medications ready to be picked up and today I walked in and the Pharmacist, Barbara just knew who I was! The service is proper old-school wonderful. Not like what you get in franchise stores. The prices of shelving items are probably 20 - 30% more expensive but it's worth coming here for the location and amazing service.

Called to get a script filled and delivered as I am too unwell to leave the house and the team made sure I had the medication delivered to me within 30 minutes! Such amazing service, I am so grateful to have a community pharmacy like this. Lifesavers.

Amazing service.

We are in isolation atm and the team at griffin pharmacy drove some rat tests to me but then went above and beyond & went and got some milk from the service station for me as I had run out and needed some for the children.

Went above and beyond. I couldn’t recommend this service enough. So very happy and will tell everyone about my experience

Best pharmacy I have been to. Everyone is always super helpful and they have been great about witnessing documents as well. Have found items I have a hard time getting at chemists here and they are more than happy to order in items if they don't have them.

Brilliant service, I called them as they are my local and my family and I are in covid quarantine. I needed a script filled and the lovely pharmacy assistant filled it for me quickly over the phone, took my payment over the phone, and then delivered my medications very quickly afterwards. Thank you so much for your help and thank you for such brilliant service!

Despite being very busy, Amanda and Sukhver took my payment for my medication over the phone and had it delivered to me while I was in self-isolation and couldn't leave the house for another week! Their service went above and beyond and I can't thank them enough for their hard effort! Thank you so much ladies

Girls were great. I was in alot of pain with tonsillitis and could not get to the shop to fill a script due to covid swab results not back yet.

The girls agreed to deliver the medication to my door as I live in Griffin. This despite it being a day they don't do delivery.

Can't ask for better service than that. Thanks for helping me out today.

Friendly and helpful staff, VERY reasonably priced!!! loved the distance from the doctors surgery. Can go directly there from doctors appointment. I know its only a new pharmacy but they are ticking all the right boxes!! Keep up the good work!!
