I haven't ridden horses in 10 years so I needed to get some of the basics

After busting a zip in my boots, I called every Horseland in Queensland desperately looking for the exact same pair.
The wonderful ladies in Toowoomba offered to do a national search of the Horseland system.

They found a pair in Lilydale SA.
Quickly on the phone to them.. the whole team there was so helpful.
-Yes they have the boots! -Yes they will send them ASAP (in hope they will arrive before i leave for a competition early next week).
-Yes they called me excitedly confirming the boots were with the courier.

I am Absolutely Stoked… the boots arrived on my doorstep this afternoon!!!

Popped into horseland in desperate need of new boots and chaps, Mellissa was so so helpful and talked me through the amazing range. I have super wide calves and was so impressed that they held
stock to accommodate me. The shop itself was gorgeous and I think I could of bought the whole store will definitely be back!

Super easy to get my new helmet I purchased here tagged at the same time, I don’t compete but they informed me it’s free so may as well just in case. Great service 😊

Horseland Lilydale has always been my go to for all my horsey needs! Melissa and the whole team are so helpful, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I had a particular helmet I had my eye on recently and the ladies were able to track one down for me. My favourite place to shop!

I haven’t shopped at Horseland for quite sometime due to poor service (another store) I’ll definitely be back to this one, for the life of me I can’t remember the ladies name who served me, super helpful & she obviously enjoys her job. So thank you!

The staff are so friendly and helpful, went in to buy a safety vest and they let me try them on and sit in a saddle to find the best fit for me. If you want good service go and see them

Love this horseland! Staff are so friendly and helpful but will also leave you alone if you're only wanting to wander around and browse.
Mel was so lovely and helped me with my Akubra hat (that I didn't buy there), as I'd worn it in the rain and it shrank. she allowed me to leave it there to be stretched out at no cost. Thanks Mel and the team for always being awesome 😎

Amazing service the staff were very nice and communicative, they had everything I wanted in stock and helped me size up with clothes, they were amazing definitely recommend dropping in!

Super helpful staff went above and beyond to help me with my akubra hat. My hat had shrunk and I went to purchase a new one, instead they offered to put my hat in the stretcher for a few days and had it fitting perfectly! Thanks for the amazing service!
