Cycle house would have to be the most helpful staff I’ve experienced in a bike shop .
Russell was fantastic showing me the difference in bikes as I was looking on line before I came to the store ,0tossing up from a cervelo to a focus , I’ve owned a focus before and asked russell lots of questions so I can make up my mind which one to choose.
Russell answered every question and spent time with me.
That was the reason I purchased the bike the service goes a long way .
And I will continue going there even tho it’s
It’s not in my area .

Dropped my bike off for a service after not riding it for a long time. The staff were really knowledgeable and very friendly. This made choosing the right service option easy and picking the right products simple. I ended up leaving with a bike that looked brand new, was safe and a smile on my face after interacting with the staff members.

Very welcoming and friendly staff and excellent service! I've taken a few of my bikes in and the team in the workshop are really great and talk you through any necessary work and have a conversation about options for parts, they work within your budget and are very reasonable about what work is necessary and what can wait until the next service.
I'm very lucky that they're my closest bike shop but if not, it's worth the trip!

Russel was really helpful with my purchase and fantastic price matching against bigger competitors. Also supporting junior cyclists coming in the game with good range of gear fit to size.

The wheels for my sports wheelchair needed some technical love & attention. The staff were very attentive in understanding the task and in swiftly repairing everything as needed. Very happy with the customer service and price.

For me cycle house strikes the right balance of big brand chain shop and your traditional local bike shop. Knowledgeable staff, good range that doesn’t lock you into a single brand and a workshop that knows what they’re doing, takes pride in their work and willing to problem solve the unusual things.

Great local bicycle shop with really friendly folk. Nothing is too much trouble. I wanted to test ride a couple of road bikes and Russell organised it, no hassle. Even arranged for me to ride his own Cervelo R5 as that was my size. There’s a lovely bike trail behind the shop which has plenty of ups and downs as well as corners so you can safely get a good feel of the bicycle you are test riding. The team at Cyclehouse also give you sound advice by taking the time to understand the type of riding you do. Not pushy at all and not just trying to make a sale and move you on. Highly recommended. If anything, just give them a go for your next bike purchase and decide for yourself. Thanks team Cyclehouse!
