Great customer service from technician Chris. Chris is on time, friendly and professional. One night my sister inlaw wake up at the middle of night because cockroach crawling in her face, and the day after the spray we saw lot of cockroaches are dead. Unlike other pest companies, Bug Out did not put me on hold, they spoke to me and gave me an honest opinion on what was required and gave me a price that was a quarter of the price quoted by another local company.
