Hungry Jack's Burgers Mernda

Went to hungry jacks tonight the food was extremely fresh. The staff were amazing and friendly. The staff payed attention to my order and was very patient with me and other customers. Great service!🥰

No offence but Idk why people keep posting such bad reviews about the restaurant.
Personally I would highly recommend Hungry Jack's Mernda for anyone seeking a satisfying fast-food experience in a welcoming environment.

The shop is always clean and the staff are very friendly and the service was very good. Also the food was hot and freshly cooked.

Fast and quick service although only two people were at the counter. Standard taste and facilities were clean enough. Much appreciated!

One of the better HJ'S out our way. The one further south on Plenty Rd in south morang is terrible. The only thing is when placing your drive in order you're going to be parking and waiting so be prepared. Wait isn't long and the food is fresh so you get a pay-off.

It's not a dine in.....please be quick next time....there is always a long wait to get your meal....if it's busy I understand but please be quick when there is hardly any orders.

Why are so many people so ruthless with their reviews. Like the place is actually really nice and what do you expect when it’s like a. $20 order. Some people shouldn’t be Karen’s. The place is mostly clean and they are very nice.

First time ordering via menulog - was expecting my Hershey’s pie today instead got a note written on a paper “Sorry for the inconvenience we have actually sold out of Hershey’s Pies, we have included a sticky date pudding instead and hope you enjoy - Hungry Jacks Mernda. Although it wasn’t what I was after I really appreciate the fact you took the time to put something in there as a replacement and it to answer your rhetorical question yes I did enjoy the sticky date pudding will be ordering it in the future instead of the Hershey’s pie Thank you 😊.

Sarah from the drive through was really pleasant, friendly and apologetic because we had to wait for few minutes. It's honestly my first time to be served by someone with smiles and not the typical grumpy 'Hi, can I place your order' with the saddest tone of voice. Hire more Sarah! Go girl!

Food was great! The service by a lovely young lady named Tiana was absolutely amazing!! I have never had customer service like this before. She was happy, cheerful, helpful and just genuine sweetness. 5 stars to Tiana and thank you, you were amazing!!!

I had the best hamburger in my life a few days ago. I ordered a tropical whopper... OMG it was incredible!

Best costumer service ever! The food was fresh and the girls from drive thru especially Sarah with green eyes were so nice to me, and apologised for the wait even though we didn’t have to wait long... definitely coming back again!

I found the staff to be very friendly and did give great service,plus the food was nice and warm and perfectly cooked which was a sheer delight.

Very tasty burgers. I had a vegetable burger, fries and onion rings. The burger was very tasty. I am a fan of their vegetable burger and onion rings. MacD does not even have vegetarian option which was very dissapointing.

Should be acknowledged for their friendly service as well as the quality of their food. Sometimes service is a bit slow but the wait is well worth it.
