Woolworths Petrie

I recently visited the Woolworths in Petrie and was impressed with the overall shopping experience. The store was clean and well-organized, with a wide selection of products to choose from. The meat and seafood departments also had a great selection, with competitive prices. I was also impressed with the store's deli and bakery sections, which offered a variety of tasty treats. The checkout process was quick and efficient, with multiple lanes open to minimize wait times. Overall, I was very satisfied with my shopping experience at Woolworths Petrie and would definitely recommend it to others. The store's convenient location, wide selection of products, and friendly staff make it a great choice for all your grocery needs.

I came to this store for a phone charger and the employee William gave great customer service and was able to point me straight to what I was looking for

Lachlan at Petrie Woolworths is an awesome team member, polite and very helpful with my friends cream that they needed from the medicine section.

I don't think anyone else truly understands how great young employees are. The customer service is great, Will needs a raise!

On a side note... why was there toilet paper in the freezer?

The young man today at the self service checkouts was wonderful. I overpacked my bag and naturally it broke🥴. He was right there to help and repacked a new bag for me . Thank you young man!! Another staff member today went right out of his way to find a product for us. Thank you James. The staff at petrie are wonderful.

The customer service I received from Lachlan last week was exceptional!! Carried my heavy bags to the trolly, such a gentlemen and all round great staff member to have working for you. Thank you for such a pleasant experience 🙂

My local i love it . Small enough to feel welcome and appreciated.
Although the deli leaves much to be desired the meat is always old, I've actually purchased cold meat and it's been off. The lady who works in there everyday I think needs to retire. She's quite rude.

Today, whilst taking my groceries to my car, I kicked my toe on the shopping trolley wheel. It wouldn't stop bleeding, so I popped back into the store for a tissue or band-aid. I had the best attention given to me by a staff member. I regret not asking her name (I'm guessing it was Karen). She provided wet wipes, tissues and band-aids and made sure I was completely ok before I left. Please pass on my sincere thanks to her. I'm very appreciative of her care and time.

Had a lovely young Lady help me out whilst i was looking for a certain product but couldn't remember the name. She stopped what she was doing and took the time to help me look through the aisles. She was so friendly. Thank you Jackie.

Good store fresh produce full supermarket deli is good. Stock levels are good older style store but still good. Parking is free and reasonable. Has takeaways and post office

Love this Woolies! Very accessible and always have stock on my essentials with specials everyday.

Have been shopping here for 45 years!. It's old but it is beautiful to shop in something original and not all new and sterile!

I absolutely love Big W I bought a bright pink drink bottle with a flamingo on it and it was fantastic. Would like it if the staff would help me when I see my friend James trying to lick the clocks but they don't really care about James cause my friend James is autistic.

This is so convenient! There are just a few stores in this little complex but the Woolworths is still big enough to do your main shopping any time of the week. They underground parking, though the parking up-top can be a bit difficult as is narrows when you move toward the entry of Woolworths.
The shop is often well chilled which is perfect for their fresh section. Their bakery options & hot foods have more than others woolies I've been too. I didn't even know there were so many hot foods sold at woolies! Did you know they do roasts now, sold like the BBQ chicken?!

Friendly and helpful staff. Recently Woollies appear to have changed their marketing stratergy. Called in about nine days ago to replenish my groceries only to find majority of goods that I favour are no longer in stock, replaced by Woollworths brand items

Very friendly staff and nice wide clear aisles.

Having just moved to the north side, I am still trying to work out where all the shops are, I use both Woolies and Coles, I went to petrie Woolies last week and I was impressed. Staff were exceptionally helpful, nothing was too much trouble and I didn't know my watch had stopped so thought I had plenty of time but I had a full trolley, it was nearly 9pm when I needed to get served, and I offered to leave so they could get home and kept apologizing, but they insisted I got served and they were so kind and generous and I also really loved the huge selection of items some I've never seen before, so the budget blew fast 😊 they kept referring their store as a small one, yet I had no problem with getting everything I needed, plus more, great selection, it's definitely going to be my go to Woolies from now on. I recommend it to anyone who wants a good store.

Staff are awesome and friendly. Store is clean and spot on with all the new regulations that they have to comply with due to covid
