If you’re looking for professionalism and reliability I suggest looking elsewhere. We used Tahni for around a year for our small business accounting. It always took multiple attempts to get in contact with her and lots of following up to make sure things were progressing. Until a point where she ‘ghosted’ us and stopped responding to any of our emails or phone calls for no apparent reason. After over a month of assuming she was busy/on holidays etc we decided to look for another accountant. Our new accountant is absolutely amazing but unfortunately he advised us that a lot of what Tahni had done for us was done incorrectly and not in our best interest. We still to date have not had any communication from her despite her getting the notification that we have changed accountants. We are extremely surprised and disappointed that a fellow small business owner could conduct themselves in this way. Stear clear.
