We ordered via MyMaccas app and collected it drive thru. It was a smooth experience.

I spend a lot of time travelling, and this is one of the best McDonalds I have been to. Having special dietary requests, they get them right and take a little extra effort for me. The coffee is some of the best I have had. Quinn is the barista who has made my keep coming back. I spent 3 weeks coming here and they were all super friendly. Taylor greeted me with a smile everytime. Friendly, fresh food and great coffee.

Great fast food, what you would typically expect from a Maccas chain. Friendly staff and plenty of outdoor parking. Drive-thru available.

Was thinking because it was such a big order there would be items missing for sure…. But nope everything was there even the sauce for the nuggets!!! Food was hot and looked great

I dont do maccas much but the staff here are always lovely. Drove through today and the staff were very accommodating when I wanted a hot Australiano even tho they only sell iced now. And to top it off it was DELICIOUS!!! I wish I'd grab their names so they could get them proper credit;;

the lovey lady ‘Latheia’ ( sorry if i spelt your name wrong 😭). I wish we had more amazing customer representatives like her at more stores. have not felt so welcomed to not use their Kiosk machines. at my local stores they direct you to the kiosk first then ask if they can assist you with your problems. she did not rush me at all and was super kind telling me the different options they had. it’s a shame i’m travelling interstate otherwise i’d be back weekly.

Absolutely fantastic service, chips are ALWAYS hot, every time and the coffees consistently good. I’ve been to lots of McDonald’s around Brisbane and this one’s the best by far. Keep it up.

I got here just before the school rush at like 2:40pm on the 21st of feb and the that was on today was amazing she had Amazing communication and just worked great with the rush of kids coming through. Truly a great leader. Sorry idk her name but she was just great and the service was fast for a school afternoon rush.

But when got home was missing nuggets for the kids . Rang them up and they were very apologetic. Went back to get nuggets and then when I got home I realised I was missing a large chips as well . Not going up a third time . If theirs a next time I'll be Making sure order is correct before I leave again . You'll think for such a big franchise , they'll get it right

Absolutely had the best customer service at this store,a big shout out to Jai he was very friendly and did a fantastic job at the drive through not only did he offer us our receipt which no one ever does he read our order back to us and told us what the charges on the receipt was,I think the manager should congratulate him on his work ethic and this store need more workers like him

Lovely staff. Had my daughter's 5year old birthday party today and it went well. Though they don't have a party host, the room was clean and the staff very accommodating with all the kids excitement. Happy meals made them happy indeed. Thank you MacDonald's Murrumba Downs

It's exactly what you expect from mcdonalds.

I don’t go to maccas much anymore. Mainly because it’s often a source of disappointment. I had a breakfast at Murrumba Downs this morning because I’m about to move house and it was convenient. The sausage and egg McMuffin and my small flat white were perfect. The food was fresh and had been assembled with care (it actually looked like the muffin on the photos). The coffee was excellent and it was all served quickly, fresh and hot by pleasant staff in the drive through. Thanks.

This is another good store. Busy, but that's because the food is good, hot and fresh 99% of the time.

Friendly staff, spacious car park, nice food, convenient drive thru for utes.

This location is the go-to for kids hangout especially if you live around the suburb.

Initially I had a couple of bad experiences with this McDonald's and gave feedback in relation to this. The restaurant responded quickly and since then and several months onwards the service has been nothing but exceptional. 👍
