The staff at Poolwerx are efficient, friendly and answer any question I have about my pool. They have great knowledge of pool maintenance and provide a great monthly pool service at a reasonable price. They take on board some suggestions and even have offered a credit when there was a misunderstanding with the service. Best pool service company i have had to deal with, always leaving the pool nice and sparkling clean.

All the staff have excellent knowledge of pool maintenance and preventative care. They are friendly, efficient and answer any question I have. Being new to pool ownership they have helped immensely in all aspects of me being able to maintain the pool water quality and maintenance of the filter, pump and chlorinator.

Been getting advice and pool monitoring from Poolwerx for a couple of years now. Always get friendly service, and never too busy to take the time to answer questions, explain and stop and listen to any issues I might be concerned about. Very happy with the team at Poolwerx and will be continuing to go to them for all my ongoing pool needs.

Being a owner of a new house and in a different environment/ weather to what we were use to down south was a challenge with the pool.
We had it standing till we moved in for over a month.
We tried to get it clean ourselves and it ended up bad.
Pool were and the staff were amazing and helped us so much.
From home visit pool servicing to phone questions and in store visits... we are so happy we use them to take care of our needs.

Over the years have had the prepurchase inspection, initial miantenances, Safety Certificate and once we took over looking afterthe pool ourselves we still get the occasional water testing, chemicals and parts.

Well a pool is supposed to hold water, not leak it, right!
James and his team have been amazing, locating the leak, after a couple of chilly dips, there was more than one leak and have been setting a cracking pace in order to get the repair done. Some back breaking digging, serious concrete cutting and locating an amazing fibreglass dude, Nick, to prep the pool for the new skimmer box.
Now for the next phase, WOO! HOO!
