Traveling from Gold Coast to Cairns and three days in new fridge/freezer transformer dies!! Went to Jaycar Rockhampton and store manager Alex swapped for new one - great service. Needed a 10m extension lead and went to pay and salesman said I have a Jaycar Credit on computer so no need to pay - excellent service all round Thanks Guys

Go into the store. Sometimes there is your item on the sale table. Not everything is on the website Helpful staff and they have good tech and peripheral cabling.

I was served by Alex today. Super helpful and very professional. Great after sales on and item. Will be happy to return again for our tech needs.

We were having problems with an in car battery to charge a Brass Monkey fridge. Brought all the recommended products from another Jaycar store, but the service we received from Kris at the Rockhampton store was oustanding. His knowledge & patience were tops. Thankyou so much, can't speak highly enough of him & his service.
