Super Vape Store - Rockhampton

Great store, Overwhelming amount of Vape juices to choose from but that's not a problem as the staff are Friendly & helpful. Just about every vaporizing device available here.

Cool little place with so many options, and the staff made me feel quite at ease with their extensive knowledge of vapes. Definitely the one to stick with!!

I always have the most amazing experience when visiting this Store. Jamie's customer service is second to none. He knows his customers and the likings and never fails to recommend new flavours you might like. You honestly can't get better service or knowledge like his anywhere else in Rocky

Well I like the most about visiting a Vape store, is that usually, the staff is very dedicated to help customers and enjoy what they doing. But the super Vape store text it to another level of customer service, it today and was helped by Jamie, wow! Do level of customer service, the knowledge, expertise, and recommendations were absolutely outstanding! Jamie really knows what he’s doing, and will go over and beyond to find you the best product.

You guys have a really talented and dedicated staff member, but watch out cause these people are really rare. If I had my own business, I would definitely poach him and offer him a job in a heartbeat. !!

Wow! What a salesman you have in Jamie! My husband and I came into the store this evening without much knowledge of what we were after, and Jamie happily walked is through everything. He wasn't pushy or rushing and answered all of our question.

Exceptional service and amazing knowledge from the guys at SVS Rocky. It's always a pleasure stopping by and no question goes unanswered. Excellent store and exceptional staff member Jamie. My partner and I just made the switch from disposable vapes to refillable. Jamies knowledge was the best. He even took the time show us how to refill them.

Visited the store today as we are looking at quitting smoking and wanted to see if vape was an good alternative for us. Although it is all new to us, Jamie was very helpful and knowledgeable, great customer service and set us up with everything we needed. Highly recommend.

Incredible customer service, great range of products and a nice atmosphere. Taz is extremely polite and she really knows what she is talking about. She talked me through everything from what mod to buy all the way through to recommendations on flavours. Would definitely recommend going in whether a beginner or experienced vaper.

The folks at our local SVS are amazing. Friendly, extremely knowledgeable and always happy to lend a hand to new vape users and those with a bit of experience under their coil. An astounding range of devices, juices and extras. I cannot rave highly enough about SVS.

There was some minor issues with the shop being out of stock of a few items I was chasing in particular (certain mods/colour ranges) but in the end it didn't matter because they helped me to find alternative options.

Jamie and CJ are awesome! Helped me to sort tanks, juice and mod so I’ve gone from no flavour to tonnes of flavour. Would recommend anyone to stop by and get sorted. I send people there all the time as it is, and I will always go back. 10/10!
