I apologise regarding my recent feedback totally inappropriate due to impatience on my behalf. This bank is my favourite and as been fir a long time. When served the customer service is absolutely fabulous. My live and respect to the staff for there patience with customers.

I have to hand it to this branch.
I had some real drama with my card. And they did their best to sort it out for me. And they got it right

There's still a staff shortage during some hours I think. And the lack of ticketing for cues is still an issue in all NAB branches.

I'm pleased with this branch and it's staff. Watch out for peak times if you need to go in there though.

Recently reopened. I love NAB bank, but why do they have 6 employees when only one works for inquiries for people?

Queued for about 30-40 mins then gave up. 1 teller working. Absolutely disgraceful. Closing my account after 10+ years, mortgage etc

Several times have attended before the lunch time rush to find the line out the door. They seem to all take breaks when they’re busiest. NAB made a statutory profit of $6,364 MILLION in FY 2021, and it takes an hour to be seen. So I called. The NAB telephone banker couldn’t get onto the Darwin branch by phone (surprise), so they sent an email on my behalf. I never received a response. And the reason for the phone call was to chase up some files paperwork (over a month ago) that has never been actioned.

Once I was taken out of line, to be told only a teller could assist so I had to line up again.

The deposit machine out the front has incorrectly counted cash.

So slow. So unhelpful. So frustrating. And they’re making thousands of millions.

NAB Darwin closed for 3 months for refurb. No extension of hours for other branches to take up slack or cover- and any attempt to phone gets the national "Your call is important....." blurb. No help to a business customer of 35+ yrs. Customer service...hah!!

The worst service I have ever come across. It took over an hour to make two transfers and the line up was only 10 minutes of that. The teller that was supposedly helping me disappeared for 20 minutes while I was being served.

Went there with my partner to create a joint account, but she said theyre understaff and no one is available to do it. Fair enough. But she didn't bother asking our situation and creating my partners profile so we can create the account through phone call. Not a helpful lady and attitude at all. We went to another branch, same situation, but at least he was trying to find a solution which is to create profile first and call later so we don't need to waste our time keeping going to the branch.

If I could to leave a zero stars I would! Avoid this brunch! So slow and unhelpful, and there is always a very long queue whenever time you visit them. Looks like it's time for me to switch to another bank.

spent an hour in line to deposit money, got moved out of the line to put money through the atm but that messed up and had to wait for another 30 minutes behind 3 more people... an hour spent doing something that took 1 minute when I got to the counter

It was a terrible experience on 4th Sep 2023. They took 1 hour to transfer my money.
Typed and deleted on keyboard, typed and deleted again...

Very slow service. Line up to the door only 1 person able to serve at the tellers is what we have been told

Take the whole day off work if you need to go in, massive lines, understaffed, wasted half a day to transfer some money
