Coles Kallangur

It was extremely busy this morning but everyone was so nice and happy. The young girl at the check out was absolutely beautiful and willing to help even though she was under pressure. Good on you young lady and keep smiling

Had everything I needed for my fortnightly shop, switching from alcohol to no alcohol they had a very wide variety of different drinks to choose from including non alcoholic drinks to iced teas and refreshing kombuchas which was impressive, all in all more Coles stores could learn from this branch, well done team! 👏

Nice to buy fresh produce (or the opposite(lollies)) I shop here every week and there is no mistake, food is yum lots of options staff are nice!

Parking great easy to get to, very well laid out I can get everything done in one shop. Recommend , give it a try.

We just had an incredible experience in store and a Stirling job of exceptional customer service by the young lady on the self checkout area
. Sat 5.30pm 30 June . Coles management look up the roster and give a commendation to this employee.

Very busy time of day and we had a full shopping trolley . Got half way through and realised that we had not enough money on one of our cards. We created absolute havok. Both our phones were flat and we were desperate for our shopping. With a smile and good grace this young lady noorganised the phone to be charged enough so that we could transfer funds over to complete our transaction.

All done with unflappable good nature.

I think this place is very classic, although I haven't come here in a while. I also like the other shops around it, and the nature is lovely :) Sometimes it gets EXTREMELY busy after school, but that's expected.

Easy parking for people with young children. Some yummy snacks.

Handy place. Fresh products. Great variety of items. Kindly service.

I'm never disappointed with the COLES home brand range of products, in fact I like them the best of all. For example, their frozen range of food tastes much nicer than other brands so I'd suggest getting those before others. Also a great money saver. Try their vacuum packed Drovers rump steak, only 6.00 each and really tender. Thumbs up to COLES.

Its an older shopping centre but a lot quieter and easy to get parking. Staff were friendly and love the outlook over the creek. Added bonus of having a disability trolley at Coles. Our new local shop!

Easy access to this Coles. Staff have always been really helpful. I no longer live in the area but stop and do my shopping here if I am going to be passing by. Love Lillybrooke butcher!

Meat range is 5 stars for variety, quality and value.
Interesting and innovative halloween supplies, including meercat halloween figurines.

Always enjoy the fresh flower range and deli well stocked.
They have a Scoop Self-Serve & Weigh, range of confectionary like nougat with cranberries, chocolate coated honeycomb, apricot squares, soybean chips, malto balls...heaps. Get alot or a little, its kept stacked full, fresh and clean.
It'd be gpod to see some better branded headphones, generic multicharge laptop chargers and portable wifi devices & broad range camping gear in the BBQ isle....otherwise its a great place to shop.

Today I was in store with a raincheck for a product. She had already finished her shift, could see the staff were busy, so she stepped in & helped me.
She couldn't find the product on the shelves, but knew they had it in stock, so instead of keeping me waiting, Bec came back & told me that now she's going to go look out the back.
I offered to come back, that it was no bother, but she insisted & then came back with the products for me.
That's the kind of customer service I applaud.

Just wanted to say a huge thank you to grace(I think her name was) I think it was working the self service on the afternoon 15/6 I had some issues paying with zip where I had to pay in 5 dollars increments then it blocked my account halfway through paying....long story short I was having a bad time with it and there for what felt like an hour ,she helped entertain my toddler who was getting irritable and throwing things and just all round patient and helpful when the payments stopped working as well as happily multitasking with other customers she was a godsend and had a great attitude ,the girl deserves a pay rise, she made a pretty stressful grocery shop bearable lol

Lots of bargains today... Mark downs that will feed a family for years... Happy for own bags to be used... AoK
