The most delicious congee I have ever eaten, I cannot highly recommend enough! My husband loved the mushrooms and eggs, as vegetarians this was such good value. We can't wait to come back!

We had the broken eggs dish and wow it was delicious! The person serving was so friendly and we were served quickly. Highly recommend and a local did say it’s the best brekkie in town.

Stopped by specially on our way to Melb and what a great way to start our morning. Had the yuzu greens and miso mushrooms with coconut rice + side of bacon and it was DELICIOUS. Can’t wait to come back for more. Thank you for such a wonderful meal.

20/10. High quality and delicious meals with a homecooked feel! Ordered the congee which warms the soul and finished with a unique czech tea cake and coffee. Serves prana chai, the real deal not the powdered stuff!

Bespoke cafe using farmgate produce. Very limited menu that only uses local, in-season produce to design that creative menu. Something special.
The small kitchen surprises with the output! Not the most economical but very special. Need to plan your visit with small number of tables. Covid has changed hours so check before you go.
Has condiments they use in kitchen are for sale to get the authentic flavours at home.

The first thing that caught my eye is the interesting breakfast menu. Alot of the familiar brekkie items, and then there was congee. A non-traditional chicken congee that I did not expect. It was served by the chef with a smile and a sense of genuine warmth with her creation. And it was bloody good. Warms my heart and stomach on a cold day, and I love it so much that I had to come back again two days later before leaving. My partner ordered the eggs with mushrooms and it was just as good along with amazing coffee. We will definitely back again!

Amandhi’s is the best brunch spot in Beechworth. Fresh chai and rice congee are personal favourites! Would definitely recommend. Friday night potlucks are super tasty!

What a hidden gem. Amandhis does the best breakfast in Beechworth (plus has the best bacon from local butcher CC's Quality Butcher & Smokehouse). With fresh produce from their garden and other local suppliers, we made breakfast at Amandhis the start of each day. Sadly dinner was not on the menu given it was early Jan and the holiday season still prevailed but for those who are lucky enough to be in Beechworth in the evening (and of course, the morning), add this to your list.

Really awesome cafe, the food was amazing! I had the corned beef and it was one of my favorite breakfasts ever. The coffee was delicious too, I loved the chocolate chunks on top of my cappuccino! As amazing as the food and coffee were the service was the best part. Everyone was so amazingly friendly and it felt like we were spending time with friends. 100% would recommend to anyone!!!

Easily the best place for brunch in Beechworth, super fresh, and excellent coffee. Specials are always very good. Highly recommend!

Lovely, small, friendly Cafe. Interesting menu - very different from the normal bakery cafe style. The congee was excellent. Other dishes that looked interesting were turmeric and coconut milk omelette and Scrambled sambal.

Fantastic. Good places have small handwritten seasonal menus. Not huge long laminated menus. Our food came surprisingly quickly and every bite was delicious. The coffee was good too. I wish they were open on Sundays so we could go again 💜! (There’s nothing else half decent that’s open in Beechworth on a Sunday)

Yesterday we ate at Amandhi's for breakfast. OMG, we talked about the food all day and wished for more. The congee was out of this world delicious and so was the Turmeric omelette. Everything was balanced and just perfect. We sat in the pantry and watched over the kitchen eagerly. The staff were more like dear friends and there's a lot of love in the place. Sadly it was closed Sunday or we would have returned for more.

THE cafe to go to in Beechworth. Everyone there is so extraordinarily lovely going above and beyond to help, the food is delicious (it’s amazing how things just happen to appear in my bag to take home too) and the coffees perfection. I’m super excited to try the Friday night take home dinners!

Outstanding brunch here today. Great combination of coconut rice , eggs , sale with a great dressing and terrific chilli jam with just the right amount of heat. Delicious lemon cheesecake. Lovely coffee. Very friendly staff.

My partner Kerrie and I found this gorgeous cafe a most hospitable, queer-friendly place to eat.

The menu was a cleverly conceived Asian-Australian fusion one. The food was so flavoursome, well-presented, and fresh.

You haven’t experienced the best of Beechworth, unless you’ve eaten here.
