I would love this mob to finish my father's house in Chirn Park. Lights left dangling, and power points not installed , it's been delayed now for months now. These guy are trying to crack eggs with a big bat, unfortunately they can only lift a toothpick. Get it finished !

I have contacted Electrotek Townsville several times now via email and my builder ( Martin Locke Homes) has also made contact with you.

You sold me, and installed, 8 Clipsal Calondra fans for my new home. Problems began immediately with the fans continuously rattling or ticking while in use. You informed me there was a product recall on these fans so after 3 months of waiting Electrotek Townsville came and replaced all 8 fans.

Approximately a month later, 2 of the replacement fans began to make a ticking and rattling. After several attempts, over the next month, to get you to fix these, Electrotek Townsville came and swapped them out. Additionally, 1 fan had completely died. One of your electricians noted that the original Electrotek electrician had installed the fan bracket the wrong way around so this was fixed.

Then another 3 fans began making the ticking and rattling noise. After being made to wait yet again for service and replacement, your electricians came and swapped these fans out. Then guess what, these replacement fans began making the same rattling and ticking noises. When the Electrotek electrician finally arrived however, they swapped out the replacement fans. As they were about to leave i asked them to inspect the replacement fans they installed because they were a different colour to the existing fans and did not match any of the other fans in the house.

IT HAS NOW BEEN 9 MONTHS OF CONTINUOUS ISSUES WITH THESE CLIPSAL CALONDRA FANS.

I've tried contact Electrotek Townsville via email several times now and have not got a response from them regarding how this will be PERMANENTLY rectified.

I've emailed the videos of the fans ticking but would be happy to share them with anybody that needs to see these at fault.

If you could please organise to contact me so that a PERMANENT solution can be found I would appreciate this. I would be happy to discuss and alternate fan or brand, as after 9 months of waiting for the fan issues to be resolved I have had enough

28-11-22 Another two weeks gone and still not resolved.
17-12-22 Still not resolved. Was advised that a date for replacement would be booked and an update provided based on this review. Unfortunately no communication received again.
