Very friendly, helpful staff. They put themselves out to help if needed. Their prices are lower compared to a lot of other chemists.

I've been using the chemist at Brighton for years, so I (as Im sure others were), was concerned when it changed to Discount Drug Store.

While there has been changes, there are some things that have stayed the same and the changes have not been been overtly negative.

The staff are still friendly, accomodating and knowledgeable. The service is what you would expect from your local chemist. Always a smile to be had from staff.

They don't have as many gifts as they once did however the range they do have is good for last minute gifts, they also now stock Boody. And they have a Tattslotto/Golden Casket scratchie and lotto stand.

This pharmacy is really nice and friendly. The assistants are always lovely and the pharmacist is very kind. I'm currently witnessing the pharmacist take the time out of her busy day to explain the difference between generic and brand name medicine to a lady who is concerned. I would recommend this place to anyone in the area.

I use this pharmacy all the time. They even keep my scripts there and they make them up for me in advance. It's very much an old fashioned sort of pharmacy - since just about all the others in the area are now part of one of the international chains, it's refreshing to have the staff know my face and my name.

A wonderful friendly pharmacy that keeps my scripts on file and never fails to remember me. Good old fashioned service with modern expertise.

I personally don't think that I will return to Brighton DDS. I am well over 60 yrs old. Recently moved to Brighton. Been there a couple of months now. But today I wasn't able to leave with any of my meds. After returning to my old chemist,my scripts were dispensed immediately. Smame on you for passing judgment

This place was good, yesterday, I had a problem with one of the staff, she treated me very poorly and continued to do so until I left. The lotto counter is just that, the chemist counter is for people with chemist products or scripts. A lady walked in up to the chemist counter and asked for a lotto ticket, and check another, I had been waiting at the lotto counter for sum time.
The rude counter staff said " I had to wait my turn" I said I was there first, then she repeated what she said, being rude, abrupt, and aggressive. Won't happen again. Just one poor staff person is all it requires for customers not to go back
