Blackwater Hotel Motel

Went in for a quick bite to eat on a Monday night, ended up going again on Tuesday.

The meals were fresh, fast and a large size. Nothing was missing from our order and all meals came out at around the same time.

The steaks were cooked perfectly and couldn't have asked for anymore food as the serving size was very large.

I would highly recommend stopping by here on the way through or if you're staying for a few swings.

I can't thank Fran in reception enough. She went over and beyond to accomadate me. All of the staff where so friendly, the food was bloody amazing. Definitely a great stop over place to chill with a cold beer and great food. 👍

Been coming for years. At one stage 3 times a week for a year due to work. And tonight was probably the best food I've had there in a long time. Enough to bump it from a 4 star to a 5. Great job to all the staff.

Just had dinner out in the Dining room. The food was exceptional! Oysters & Garlic bread for starters & Porterhouse Steak, chips & salad for main. Ian the Chef personally attended our table to assist with meal selection. 5 Stars!

I really enjoyed my stay, the cabin room was nice and compact with really good air conditioning, the location is excellent just off the highway and with the food/crib package I ate some delicious lunches.

Definitely staying at the Blackwater Hotel Motel again!

Headed in for lunch and a beer with the other half and son. We found the staff to be friendly. Ordered lunch specials; hamburger and a steak. Hubby's steak was perfectly cooked, as was my burger, the side of chips were probably the best hot chips I've ever eaten. Beers were good (hubby said they could've been colder but he likes his beers as close to frozen as you can get 😂) Overall very happy with our experience. Will def. be back when we're in the area visiting family. (From Brissy)
