My name is Anita. I work in a local business in Blackwater and often frequent the Blackwater Prices Plus to source and purchase supplies for our business activities.

I wanted to bring to your attention the outstanding customer service which is consistently provided by your employee Anika Coe (Store Manager).

I have found Anika to always be helpful, courteous and professional. She has gone over and above for me on many occasions. She is friendly and polite and has very good people skills and communication skills. She has always followed-up and called me back to report on stock items requested and other queries in a timely manner. Nothing is ever too much trouble for Anika.

It is a real delight to encounter workers like Anika who have such a high customer service ethic as it is a rare thing these days. So hang on to that one and treat her well as workers like Anika are as rare as hen's teeth.

Prices are normal for blackwater. There was a problem with incorrect price for an item discovered too late.
