Such a great friendly place. Needed a blow dry and had no appointment, they took me. The staff professional and friendly! A bonus was the 2 cute dogs. My hair looks great and had a wonderful time. This will be my go to place when in Sydney

I had a hair cut and foils. I’m from Vancouver and have a lot of gold from past hairdressers and John blended and gave me the best colour and cut. Along with such great advice regarding the styling and care. Absolutely would recommend John to anyone.

Ive had my haircut in some top salons over Paddington / Sydney + NZ and Cannot recommend Sarah enough. A true hidden gem with pure talent. Warm, professional, fun and a wealth of knowledge - I wouldn’t get my haircut anywhere else . Sarah makes a dull chore into an amazing experience and gives out of this world head massage. She truly knows how to make a client the best version of themselves no matter the style or colour - you can trust your locks in her extremely capable hands. Preston Guild has created a warm and welcoming atmosphere, all team members are at the top of their game, be it a complete hair make over or a colour or cut you can’t go wrong here! These guys are innovators! Sarah Wall is my cutter and I would follow this girl to the ends of the earth for a cut. Sarah works magic on my hair, am always delighted with the result, and she’s one hell of a cool chick too. Loving the vibe of the new salon too!

I just love Visiting Preston Guild !! It's such a lovely place to be! Great atmosphere and a real family feel. Always feel welcome and looked after .Sarah is beyond amazing ,I wouldn't chose anyone else to do my hair now . I remeber when I first met her she told me she has a passion for making people beautiful , and that certainly comes across .She really does care . I love our chats and am always blown away with what she does to my hair!

John has been cutting my hair for over a year now and I always love it; and everyone always comments on how great my hair looks! I originally found John through a referral of someone who had the best short haircut I had seen. The salon is such a pleasant place to be, you're offered a selection of beverages, the seats at the wash basin are so comfortable and Preston the Frenchie is just a delight. John is personable and thorough, ensuring you walk out absolutely satisfied with your hair style. He listens to what you want from the style to the care and manageability at home and gives you honest feedback on what is going to work for you. The value for money is exceptional for the level of service in Sydney. I'm so excited to see Shannon next month for a colour

If you want great colour - this is the place. Shannon is the best colourist - great technique and attention to detail. I went from a dark brown to a "natural" blond and I was ecstatic with the results.
John does a great cut. I have fine hair and it looks really full and sits well the entire time between cuts.
It is a friendly comfortable space. Not pretentious.

Preston Guild Hair Salon is an inviting and energetic atmosphere with two adorable french bulldogs, Chester and Preston.

All the staff at Preston Guild are friendly and professional and display exemplary levels of customer experience.

Sarah is engaging, attentive, listens to what ideas you have and explains through her bank of knowledge what will suit the shape of your face and the style you are looking to achieve.

Once there is common ground of an end result, Sarah gets to work and creates a master piece.

Sarahs passion, energy and attention to detail with hair is shown in her work, She is truly an artist.

I would highly recommend anyone to book into Preston Guild and sit in Sarah’s chair for a touch up or a make over.

Preston Guild would have to be the best salon in Sydney. Shannon's attention to detail with colour is outstanding. My colour is perfect every time. John's cut and blow dry again outstanding. Totally recommend this salon.

Preston Guild would have to be one of the best salons in Sydney. John is amazing! He listens to what you want, then does an amazing job of making it happen. He also has an adorable french bulldog who hangs out in the Salon. Can't get better than that!

Could not recommend this place more highly. Sinead is probably the best stylist I've had anywhere with such good attention to detail and Shannon an amazing colourist. The feel and aesthetic is so comfortable and stylish, the customer service is excellent and the dog is outrageously cute.

The staff are all knowledgeable about the products they sell. I got drinks and snacks during my service which was great. Sarah and Bridgette both did an amazing job colouring and cutting my hair. I'm super happy and will keep going back in the new year :)

starting with a large glass of wine chocolate pretzels and then having Sarah welcome you with a huge hug, makes you feel like a superstar! The deco and comfy chairs is nothing compared to the magic hands giving you a massage helps soothe all your troubles away!!
Then the magic begins the haircut im counting the weeks till we catch up
