I got served by the most efficient and quickest staff member today. Her name is Leesa, a woman with the short hair. Your store needs more of her. She is pleasant and was smiling while getting my shoes ready to be fitted. You can tell that she likes her job. Furthermore, usually I have to find for someone to assist me and the young staff members are nowhere to be found. She approached me and asked if I needed help. Thanks for your help today, Leesa.

I was on the lookout for better running shoes and thought to just stop by and have a look around. We were kindly approached by their salesperson -Alicia H. who looked after me by giving me excellent service! I came in on a Saturday and no one else in the sales team was giving me any attention. Many thanks to Alicia, who not only gave me the prompt service but I was also impressed with how much she knew about shoes. In the end, I got new shoes for running and for lifting weights. :) Very happy with my purchases!

I bought running shoes for the gym online and they arrived and looked exactly as they did on the website.
I also could not find a particular jacket I wanted that ticked all the boxes but I walk into my local rebel sports store and they had exactly what I wanted and also the staff were so friendly and helpful.

I wanted to share my feedback on the great professional service provided by Shania from the Liverpool store on Sunday 21.08.2022.

I was in need of a few gym clothings and didn't know where to start. Shania was patient and also providing all the options and ideas for me to decide on my purchase. She has great customer service skills and unlike many people, it showed that she was enjoying in what she was doing thus she didn't make me feel that i was wasting her time - as she was working on something else when i approached her.

For a customer, the experience of the shopping is equally if not greater than the quality of the product. The experience got was a positive one. You have a very good and rare company asset I would say.

Bought a skipping ropw for $15 aud, then the lady asked if i want to be a member and i said yes, gave me a dicount and only paid $10 aud. Good times!

Great Sports store with a terrific range of sporting goods. Recently buying shoes and tracksuit pants with the staff being very helpful to satisfy me the customer. As long as I can remember rebel has been a super specialist store. Never have they not had the product on the shelf or in stock up the back of the shop. Outstanding effort by all concerned from management through to the staff and foreign importers. From the Bankstown store which then just started on the Hume Highway next doors to the three swallows hotel through to the Liverpool Westfields store a big congratulations on having a well-established business.

I was very happy with the way the manager Vanessa and Farhan solved my problem . Vanessa was patient informative and thorough despite having plenty of customers and Farhan was excellent in providing a simple and quick solution. Thank you very much !

Everytime ive been to Rebel at Liverpool the staff have always been so kind and helpful. They will actually come up and ask if you need help with something which is great.

The staff here are always willing to help when i need it. The store itself is located in a corner of Westfield so it is hard to get to and needs a lot of walking. The store is spacious and has a good variety of clothes and sports gear. It is also right next to the anytime fitness in Liverpool Westfield.
