Everyone at the reception is super super nice, but Leanne was absolutely wonderful. She wasn't just doing her job, she was there making my whole experience a lot easier and more comfortable with her kindness and helpfulness.Leanne really seemed to care and went out of her way to assist with everything I needed. It’s so refreshing to meet someone who not only does their job well but also genuinely cares about the people they're helping. She’s a gem!Thanks so much, Leanne, for making my visit so much better. I have never found receptionists rude and dr Rowena bermudez is the best I am just sorry I don't know any of the receptionists names .I have not seen a dr for more than 2 years and couldn't have found the staff more obliging . Thankyou.

I found this clinic to be very friendly, great reception staff, Dr Sam Mustafavi is amazing, nurses always very helpful and professional, keep up the good work!

I have just started regularly attending this clinic. I needed to change clinics as I now need to see a female doctor and the only female doctor at Manor Lakes recently left. I chose this clinic as I occasionally went there for physio and podiatry services I find the reception staff so helpful and pleasant - this was a big factor in choosing this clinic. In addition, the doctors have been very good. Occasionally, there is a small wait - as there is with any clinic. This does not bother me. The staff were very helpful in explaining what I needed to do to transfer my records over. Very happy so far.

Been coming here for many years. Good doctors . Wait times are a struggle though in the current climate. Counter staff can be a bit abrupt , they are dealing with a large volume of patients though so patience goes a long way here.

Fantastic service with friendly staff. Given the shortage of doctors and staff at every clinic in the area due to the domino effect from the pandemic, the staff at this clinic have remained friendly and helpful throughout. All the staff here do their best to ensure as minimal wait time as possible.

I have been coming here for years and they have always been accommodating, professional and kind. The receptionist staff and doctors are wonderful, they go above and beyond everytime!

The staff were very polite and helpful from the phone call I made to book my AZ vaccination, to checking in and then receiving my vaccine all within about 15 min (despite the practice being very busy). Highly recommend if you're looking for somewhere to get the AZ if you're under 40, it was easy, quick and pleasant.

The Pathology nurse is wonderful, very gentle and friendly. it's a walk-in clinic. Has always had a female doctor on staff when I have been there. The waiting time is approx 15mins to hour, depending on the time of day.

I just cannot thank Dr Vidhulla Mereddy and Satish Gutha enough for their wonderful help. They always go out of their way to ensure our wellbeing, especially with our medically complex daughter. I will always recommend both doctors to anyone. We live in Tarneit but travel for half an hour to Wyndham Vale to see them as they are well worth it.

Very good staff and the general physician Dr. Sati sh Reddy Gutha is very good in terms of diagnosing and prescribing medications. It worked well for me.

I dont take my family anywhere else. Dr Mereddy is an outstanding person to whom I can always feel comfortable and safe.

Friendly doctors, great with kids. It's a walk in clinic so no appointment needed. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
