Harbour Radiology North Sydney

The staff at the front desk are a little bit of a hit or miss. However, the radiologists and doctors and medical staff were all super friendly and helpful. I had done both an US and CT (on separate occasions) here, and the staff were all super friendly. There were some mild complications with the CT testing and I appreciate all the effort the staff went through to keep me calm and comfortable, and complete the process safely. They were professional and caring and had great bedside manner. I can’t remember their names but there was the original female radiologist who would normally do the CT, a pathologist(?) I believe, and a doctor. Thanks for all the time and effort you put in to make sure I had a good experience. I appreciate it :)

Radiologist was amazing. He sat down and went through the risks and procedure with me. As the procedure went, he didn’t stop to assure me and explained what was happening step by step. True definition of Professionalism and I felt his genuine care for his patients. Thank you for the amazing experience.

I had a positive experience with the booking process, the appointment, and found the online platform's availability to be excellent.

This is a very well run efficient business & staff are pleasant & helpful. I’ve had several x-rays ,CT’s etc which were bulk billed on presentation of my referrals. Other businesses charge substantial fees for the same procedures and out of pocket expenses are still high.

Had a very pleasant experience.. Girls were welcoming and v friendly … full of smiles !

Made a late appointment late on Thursday on the basis that Harbour Radiology would try to fit me in on Friday between appointments by other patients and that I might have to wait until an opening was available. In the event I only had to wait for 10 minutes. Their ultrasound technician was extremely helpful and friendly. I.was made to feel very welcome and am very happy with their service as always. Thank you.

The staffs were considerate towards my needs. Really appreciate it.! Some long waits that’s understandable since it depends upon case to case. But in between ,making people aware of the status of their waiting time, might avoid few confusions!

Was a walk up appointment. Only had to wait literally one minute. Paul did the X-ray, was very professional and efficient. Highly recommend Harbour Radiology in North Sydney.

Very happy with my experience. The person who did my CT scan explained everything very clearly. He checked my past history and phoned my GP for clarification before proceeding with the CT scan. The reception staff were courteous.

I went in for an ultrasound for the first time and was a bit nervous but the people there are pretty nice and calming. It was a smooth and hassle free experience.

Very prompt on email, booking was easy online and location easy to find. Was able to grab a nice coffee next door as I was early. I didn’t have time to drink it because my appointment was exactly on time and the process of getting my CT scan was efficient and smooth. The radiologist was so friendly and helpful. The staff at reception were also so lovely and professional.

Thanks to Adam and Kyle for a really positive experience with a procedure. Not only were they both very capable, friendly and good at their jobs, but Adam took the time to sit and talk with me to explain everything and make sure I was prepared and comfortable.

Vreem at the front desk was able to schedule me in quickly for the procedure thanks to her hustle and kindness. All front desk staff are nice too.

They have free parking just behind the practice that is just for harbour radiology customers.

Went for a CT scan today and was very pleased with the procedure. Paul and Dora were very professional and the procedure was carried out as discussed.

I can't recommend this place highly enough. The doctors are knowledgeable and efficient yet understanding and the technicians are also helpful. If you have to have any firm of Radiology treatment this is the place. Thks to all staff

I only recently needed some x-rays and ultrasounds, and they were able to fit me in very quickly. The reception staff have always worked to find me a fast appointment that worked around my other time constraints, and the image reporting has always been sent back quickly to my doctor. Almost everything was bulk billed, and they advised of the cost before booking if required.

Excellent service. Very way to book in via phone. All staff friendly and professional.
