The team at Coles North Sydney are super helpful and lovely! Samu, very polite and a keen learner, and Sarah at the Service Counter, very kindly assisted me with my enquiry as the item I had wanted ran out of stock. The store members are well trained by Manager Caterina, who was patiently teaching her staff on what to do in such instances. Thank you for bringing a smile to my day, Samu, Sarah and Caterina!

The store manager Catherine, and the staff Bipana were very helpful in fixing a scanning error caused by other Coles store. They are very professional, and sharp in identifying the error that the other staff at Coles Dee Why Grand made, and fixed it for me even though I did not make the purchase in Coles North Sydney.

On the contrary, the staff at the Dee Why store refused to fix their error for me even though the purchase was done in their store on the spot, and asked me to speak to their online customer service team, when the scanning error is clearly made by them.

I had a great experience with Coles North Sydney, and I really appreciate the help that Catherine and Bipana offered.

I prefer going to this Coles for my shopping. Staff are always friendly and happy to assist. The store is always neat and fully stocked. This is definitely one of the better Coles store to visit.

For being right downtown, it's a really great store with a little bit of everything. Very clean and really fast checkout, will definitely be shopping here again.

100 bucks for cigs and a bottle of cheese is crazy man

This Comes has absolutely nailed its audience. Loads of quick lunch/dinner options, including pre-prepped sandwiches, salads and wraps, cook chill meals for one or more, and easy cook dinner options. For those with more time to actually prepare meals, I expect most ingredients are also available on the shelves. Traffic flows through the shop well. Signage is sufficient and lighting bright without feeling cold or too hectic

I went to North Sydney Coles for the first time ever. I was worried wouldn’t be able to find the broccoli however, a lovely beautiful kindhearted assistant named Grace helped me you should promote her grace if you see this i love you

This place is easily the friendliest Coles I've been to.. It's been open for business now since 2015 and has established itself firmly as an outstanding local business in North Sydney. The staff, who have in a lot of instances have been there since the beginning (That in itself speaks volumes for Coles North Sydney) are helpful and very friendly and regularly go out of their way to assist you. There's a lot of choice for supermarkets in North Sydney, but having tried the others a few times, Coles is definitely my first choice.

It is my favorite super market because it has wide range of products in good quality and reasonable price.The staff here is very helpful and welcoming. It is very beautifully designed. The stuff inside it is very well organized Coles' own manufactured items are also good. I love going here and shopping.

There are two just amazing check out staff who are SO HELPFUL its just wonderful to see how they have supported customers who are in a panic, confused, and just need someone who is calm, caring and has it together. Awesome measures Coles have put in place too regarding hand sanititizer upon entry into the store and security for customers who unfortunately 'lose it'!

Nice New medium sized Coles for Nth Sydney. Long overdue and very much needed by the Residents and local workers. Stocked up nicely. Lots of daily Specials and Clearance stock, as well as the usual advertised Discount stock. Very very nice and friendly staff always. Parking on Walker St, Mount St, Little Walker St. Rare to see a Parking Ranger.
