Bought some falafal & plant based sliders for a family friend who is a vegan for family party. The girl was very easy to deal with. The sliders were very yummy.

The girls that work here are so lovley and friendly! Coffee is always great and fresh tasty food. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Service is great. Staff are friendly. Ordered pesto chic pasta salad. Have to say there is room for improvement. Basically flavorless dish. And no parm cheese!

10% surcharge on public holidays (understandable)
they were skimping on the toppings lol 🥲 had to ask for sun-dried tomatoes with my chicken pesto pasta cos they didn't give me any ...

Unfortunately the food is mediocre and doesn’t taste fresh. The customer service didn’t make up for it either. Workers looked drained and don’t care.

Obviously not the only one who got conned. Clearly staff are trained to minimise portions and also in blatantly lying when there was not a shred of chicken with pasta smothered in mayo. When I immediately noticed the lack of chicken in the salad I complained and asked for a refund. The girl behind the counter advised me that since I’ve eaten most of what was supposedly chicken pasta salad I had no grounds to complain and with a touch of arrogance accused me of “likely picking the chicken pieces” out of the salad. I haven’t even left the counter, it was clear the portion was small and there was no chicken in the salad. I ended up giving the untouched food to a homeless guy sitting near by. No wonder the other shop in Bondi Junction has closed their reviews are very very similar, this is clearly a business model to maximise profits.
Utterly deceiving and blatant business, if you can call it that.

The restaurant creates an illusion of a generous portion by spreading the leaves, but the reality is a noticeably small amount. I suspect that the staff is trained to serve minimal portions, to save money. Very disappointing experience.

They charge you $2 for extra slice of tomato one whole tomato costs less than that.

End of day food tasted like end of week food… perhaps not as fresh as you’d expect. Salads a little smelly and off tasting

Worsed coffee ever had to throw it in the bin. I've been a loyal customer to soul origin in the city for a long time. So I thought they would have a degree of consistency. Absolutely disgusting. My wife and I also had a really bad experience yesterday at soul origin DFO. again disgusting. Unable to finish both coffees. Either you have changed your coffee blend or haven't trained your barristers. I won't be going back. Too many other great coffee outlets to choose from.

This isn’t a recent event, this happened last December but came to my mind again now and still irritates me.

Don’t go here. There was a cockroach in my salad. Went and talk to the staff and she said oh this have never happened before, it must be from the food court’s table or something. Worst thing is, the crock roach was alive and appeared when I was nearly finished with the salad (it was a small cockroach but still, very disgusting)

Overall, worst experience ever

Ordered chicken pasta salad. Got only pasta. You should rename it. When I asked for chicken in my CHICKEN pasta salad I was told to pay an extra $3. Shame. You can’t even get what you paid for.

Ordered a chicken ceaser salad, the cos lettuce was not washed sand throughout the salad and had to throw it away.
