I was served by a young lady today o had a quick sale garlic dip I didn’t look at the date as usually it expires in a couple of days. But she had the time to look at the date was 24/1/24 and said I’m sorry I can’t sell that to you it’s way out of date she was so lovely and honest they should have more people like her working there 🙏😊

A very large Coles supermarket stocked with everything you will need and want. Their "International" foods shelves have some quality products. They have recently renovated the fresh produce and the bakery section. They have a really great cake section perfect for any occasion. They have recently put in a loose tea and coffee section as well as a machine that makes peanut butter and almond butter. You will also find a huge Kosher section up the back.

Nice selection of items and closest at midnight. Staff is Helpful by helping us source the item rather than telling us to wait until the next day when it restocks.

Really lovely store with stacks of different food choices from all over the world. Super clean store and really friendly staff. A pleasure 👏👏👏

A beautiful young girl named Gabriella served me today! She had such fine manners. She will definitely go far with those customer service skills. I recommend shopping here and even giving lovely Gabi a visit!

Online services for delivered groceries are excellent. They pick fresh and ensure products are in reasonable date. Never had any items missing or any major issues. Delivery drivers are always pleasant to deal with. Very happy customer.

I really enjoyed this coles. the workers are fantastic and very polite. Specifically the girl with the blonde streak. she was incredible with serving me and my 12 month old son. he was screaming the entire time and she was quite understanding. 10/10 would shop at again

I love shopping at Coles Eastgardens! It's such a pleasure to shop here "stress-free" because of the 3hr-free parking, unlike other Coles venues!
Here, Coles stock other brands, not just "Coles" brand. They have "bargain exercise equipment", too (my favourite section!😊), the Health Food section is worth healthy enthusiasts to browse👍The several self-service stations save time, especially if one is in a hurry. It's clean, big, and with helpful staff, certainly makes shopping a pleasure instead of a chore!☺

There's a nice little cheese section that has a good range of products, there's also a seafood and butcher area. However the latter doesn't seem to add much value since they sell what you can find packaged in the meat sections. There's also a bakery where you can see staff preparing fresh bread and also a machine available to slice your loaf.
Can be a little chaotic but well within expectations for a Coles in a busy shopping centre. Neat and well stocked, although tissue boxes are generally sold out as of recent times.

The huge range, quality and fresh fresh fresh produce are only shadowed but the incredible staff and friendly shoppers. I must have gone at a good time.
This even on a Monday every single thing was in stock. So this place is well worth shopping at.

One of the busiest Coles in Sydney and definitely one of the biggest. Located in East Garden Shopping centre, plenty of parking, nice and clean store. Staff were super friendly and helpful.

A 5 star review for click and collect service. For those who want contactless shopping this works well. Order on line for store pick-up. When you arrive park in the click and collect bays. You are given a number to call when you park and your groceries are brought to your car. Useful if you can't get a delivery slot also.

I have been amazed by their customer service! Excellent!
I did my shopping 2days ago, had too many bags and when I got home few hours later I realised I forgot one bag. I called them and asked them if they found it, they said to come tomorrow.

I went there in the morning, Charli (not sure if she was the manager) asked me questions like " what time I came shopping, how I was dressed etc.. " and have sent a request to check the cameras + I didn't have my receipt ,she took the time to find it on her system. After 30min/1hour,she told me " we have found you and can see you forgot the bag, please go get what you forgot ". Seriously I wasn't expending her to do all of that, I was more expending "sorry we don't have anything left here."
Thank you so much for this excellent customer service, I don't think we find this everywhere nowadays
