I saw Dr Won and she was wonderful. I needed surgery and she fit me in quickly and the surgery and recovery was much easier than I expected. Dr Won came highly recommended to me by my Obstetrician and I am glad for the recommendation. I didn't have any issue with billing, they fit me in for an early last minute appointment and we're accommodating with my follow up appointment that there was no charge for.

I would recommend Dr Won to family & friends. She puts you at ease and listens to your fears and concerns and goes about solving them. She explains your procedure thoroughly beforehand and what outcome she is expecting. Her bedside manner is impeccable.
I also found her secretary Sheree very competent with paperwork getting out to you and she is only to happy for you to contact her with any questions. A overall good experience with this clinic. Thank you Dr Won.

Although, the Dr at this place is a very nice Dr, I would say she is a mediocre Dr in her job. I had a surgery here about 2 years ago but it caused me pain and other issues. I visited the same Dr a couple of times after the surgery and she noticed my other issues but she couldn't solve the other issue caused after the surgery. It's hard to say the second issue caused by the surgery though but she couldn't help me with that.

The worst experience I have ever had with a clinic. I walked in with my GP's referral to make an appointment with Dr. Won in June. There was only one girl at the reception on the day and I handed my referral to her asking if I could see Dr. Won. She told me the only available time she could give to me is on the 28th July. I was Ok-ed and confirmed the date and time. As she kept my referral paper, I asked her if she would email or text me for a confirmation so I could put in my calendar. She said she would.
I called when close to the date of the appointment as I have not received a confirmation from her. The receptionist took my call said she did not know my appointment nor seeing my referral paper in the office. She said the time I walked in she was on leave and there was another girl who was actually working for another Dr. instead of Dr. Won. I have no knowledge of another Dr. as I walked in to see Dr. Won following my GP's referral. Knowing there's no appointment were made for me with Dr. Won after a month waiting.
I was attempting to make an appointment with Dr. Won with this girl who claimed she was the one working for Dr. Won. Then she told me Dr. Won is no longer seeing general patients. Dr. Won won't see me unless I'm up to a surgery, . I asked her why my GP still referred me to Dr. Won if she doesn't see general patients as my referral clearly stated what I was to see Dr. Won for. She said probably my GP was not been undated for this. Why there's no one told me this pc of info when I handed my referral to this office/clinic. Alternatively, they let me waited for a month to learn that I should go back to my GP asking another Dr. instead of Dr. Won. I'm wondering how messing the system is if there's any. I'm guessing the Dr. must be very popular and that enables their receptionist to be very arrogant on the phone today.

Billing issues, they made me pay the whole amount before a consult which is fine but never gave me any bills to claim to my insurance which I had to run after them for over a month to receive it and on top of that they are adding additional tests without noticing me that you have to pay 1-2 months after your visit. Worst experience ever!
