PRAMFIX PRAM REPAIRS & CHILD SEAT INSTALLATION

Have used pramfix several times to install our car seats - no booking necessary. Friendly, fast service. I never do reviews but Pramfix are a great local business.

We needed replacement wheels for an old model pram. The manufacturer no longer sells the wheels. My wife called in the morning and they confirmed they still had some in stock. We dropped in later that day with the pram, and they quickly swapped the wheels out for the new ones at a very reasonable price. They gave us some tips on how to take care of the wheels and a sticker to put on the pram to remind us what PSI to pump them. Great, friendly service at a reasonable price.

Brilliant uber quick repair to an Uppababy vista that saved us several hundred dollars. A front wheel release had stopped working and Uppababy Australia's only solution was for us to purchase an entirely new frame from them.

Lovely bloke at Pramfix who was very helpful, got straight into fixing the problem after asking if we lived nearby (we don't) and adjusted our carseat while we were there.

Will be recommending to all our friends and would definitely come back!

I had my car seat installed at baby bunting and it seemed very dodgy and loose. So I went back to them to have it checked before bub came but nobody was available so they recommended this place. The man who served us found severe problems with the installation as I had thought and fixed it up without even charging me. Do yourself a favour and get your pram installed here instead of baby bunting to give yourself the peace of mind!

Can not rate this place highly enough. Pete saw to our broken maxicosi immediately. Now I mean within first 2 minutes of arriving. After 10 minutes he was placing it into the car all fixed. Would give 6 stars if it had the option.

Pete is nothing but the BEST!!! So kind and so helpful. I popped in for him to review/ fix a carseat that had been installed incorrectly. He was more than happy to help- nothing is ever a problem with Pete.

Our car seat jammed and had an issue extending its strap as our baby had grown. I knew the issue was simple and easy, and Peter from pram fix sorted it within 2 minutes. He also showed me some hints and tricks on keeping baby safe in car seat and didn’t ask for a cent for his time.
I can’t recommend him enough! I feel like going and dropping some beer or wine to him to say a huge thanks!

Peter is a kind legend who will literally stand up inside your car on top of your child’s seat to ensure it is snuggly fitted. Many times our other kids have accidentally unbuckled and played with the seats and Peter was happy to fix them again for no cost . We will be back.

Went on a Thursday with a broken Bugaboo Fox (lever broke off and couldn’t open or close) and was told plainly what was wrong and the cost. Ready by Saturday good as (if not better than) new! Made a small tweak to wheels as well (which has made a big difference in ease of use) which just shows a level of care for job done properly.
Brilliantly dry sense of humour too!

Great service. The guy fixed our Reds Baby pram, which I didn't believe could be repaired, in 10 minutes while we waited and then didn't charge us a thing. Thank you so much. Will know where to come if we ever need repairs again!!

Came in today and had my child’s baby seat adjusted . Beautiful customer service and gentleman who carried out adjustments was kind and gave us some tips. At no charge at all ! That’s old school prompt service that’s very rare these days . Cheers guys will be back if more work is needed and with our other family vehicle aswel .
