Blue Swimmer at Seahaven

We were lucky enough to have the table right at the front on the deck outside, serene, just serene, watching the world go by while enjoying a few drinks and superbly prepared food. Excellent value for money, the service was both friendly and efficient. I’d happily recommend to friends and family passing through.

JUST WOW!! I was blown away by the service, professionalism and food by the Blue Swimmer Restaurant and their events team. We used TBS for my sisters hens event and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience, staff, or food. Everything was incredible - all the guests were talking about how amazing the food was and how it was the best catered food they had ever had. Both the chef and staff member we had on the day were amazing and so attentive. I could not fault a single thing, we were so happy with the entire service. A special shout out to the wonderful India who assisted before, during and after and was incredible with helping me plan the event on the day and coordinate it all. India has been nothing short of amazing during the entire booking process, going above and beyond to answer all my questions and cater to all of the special requests. Thank you to India and the TBS team for everything. My sister had an amazing hens day and I genuinely cannot wait to come dine at the restaurant and feast on the exquisite food

My friends and I went here on a Sunday morning and we were a party of 8. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The food was delicious and fresh! Highly recommend, just across the road from the beach/ lake. Coffee and smoothies were nice too!

Nice quiet music and good atmosphere

We ordered breakfast here and received fantastic service. We had quite a few dietary requirements and Adriana not only made sure they were adhered to, but went above and beyond with their friendliness to make ordering a pleasant experience. Thanks Adriana for your kind service. Also the hash browns were amazing!!

Had bacon and egg roll for breakfast with a coffee to go. Great coffee and lovely food. Also good customer service!

Absolutely love the food here. They often have interesting new specials to try. The atmosphere at night is relaxed and the food is amazing. The staff are wonderful and the view of the beach is lovely.

Cozy restaurant/cafe near the beach with friendly staff and a quick, accommodating service. Nice place for a coffee in the morning. Food ranges from good to very good, I especially enjoyed the steak and the mussels. I'd def recommend reserving a table if you're coming for dinner.

So good we would day trip from Sydney to eat here again. We had lunch here from our trip from Sydney to Merimbula, and this was a truly memorable experience. The staff are so friendly and the food and drinks are superb. The berry mocktail was sublime and the banana yoghurt smoothie was understated and brought out the natural flavours. We both shared the fish tacos (the best I've ever had outside of North America), and the sticky chicken burger had the best mix of flavours in a burger I've tasted in a very long time. You should try to book as this place is popular.

One word. RIDICULOUS!! Absolutely NAILED every dish. From the Sweet Potato and Cashew Hummus w/Sourdough to the absolutely mouth watering Chermoula Spiced Lamp Rump, to the deconstructed Rocky Road, the fluffy and flavoursome Halloumi Donuts and Coffee. The service was friendly, warm and welcoming. The atmosphere is cosy and homely, perfect for date night or intimate dinners with friends. The owner/manager is a super nice dude and the food was moderately priced, but in my opinion it's underpriced considering how incredible it was. So cute and tucked away in a residential street and if you blink you'll miss it. Whether you're a seafood lover or not, you'll die and go to heaven at the Blue Swimmer.

Make sure you book at least a day or two ahead though!

What a great find! Perfect location and amazing food. Our waitress was so friendly and enjoyed and responded well to our banter. Lamb Ribs, Pork Ragu and flat bread were a perfect meal and the dessert!!!!! Rocky Road OMG!

The local swordfish was beautifully tender and full of flavour. Crisp fish tacos with fresh slaw. And the pannacotta dessert was delicious. The service was friendly and relaxed but efficient. Highly recommended!

Very nice and cosy cafe right beside the beach. Great views with even better food. We agreed that this was probably the best breakfast we have ever had during our travels. Well done to the chef and service team.

Amazing location, warm staff, excellent coffee, and tasty food. Definetly a cool surf and beach atmosphere with good music playing. Everything you look for in a cafe and restaurant. We had the Superfood breakfast and it was amazing! I definetly recommend this place even if you are driving through. Secondly, you have a great view of the ocean and river which you can visit on your way out. Checkout the little walking bridge that you can see from the restaurant.

I came to this cafe without reading other reviews before and it was one of the first time I was really positively surprised by both food and coffee.
We had the Bagdad Eggs and the Falafel and they were both really good, with a nice and unusual flavor, fresh and delicately spice.
The staff was also good and welcoming, probably the sleepy atmosphere of Monday morning helped too...

Fantastic food and coffee in a beautiful location. It is very popular though so try and book ahead or you may be turned away. I had the eggs and mushrooms which were fantastic, but looking around at the waffles, the scrambled egg (more like an omelette) it all looked fantastic and the whole table was into it.

Great location, and friendly service. Excellent food and wine list. Fish tacos were crispy, full of flavour and juicy, but could have used additional chilli. Oysters fresh and creamy, and a generous bowl of mussels came with a rich, spicy stock flavoured with 'nduja.

My partner and I saw the restaurant review on Sydney Weekender and decided to visit on our weekend get away down the South Coast.

The service was great and food was AMAZING! I had the Ceviche of king fish, fisherman's stew and the Halloumi donuts. Everything was done to perfection and decent size portions.

The fisherman's stew was definitely my favourite! It's hearty and full of good quality seafood.

Had a great time with an after birthday party meal at the Blue Swimmer. Loved the food and wine. Forgot to photograph my meal at the start but here's a shot halfway through, Octopus with orange and fennel salad plus pomegranate. My wife had the beautiful lamb with whole corncob, I tasted it, it was excellent. Thx guys.
