Bocelli Espresso

Without doubt, the best coffee in Perth. Whenever I am in town this is my first place to stop in the morning. The coffee is very tasteful, rich but not too bitter, creamy and of excellent strength.
I still however, can’t understand why you guys had to move from Forrest Place it was such a good addition to the square.

Great coffee and pastries, and the ambience is very cozy and calm. Always great to have a good Sunday breakfast there.

Expect to see Andrea Bocelli wander in when he's in town!
Open from 6am on week days and 8 and 8.30am on weekends, they do all day breakfast and lunches.
I had the big breakfast and we swapped the door dough bread for white bread.
The avocado, grilled tomatoes, cooked spinach, bacon and generous serve of scrambled eggs (or you could have had fried) was huge and I shared it with hubby who had scrambled eggs on toast.
You can eat inside (ideal for couples) or outside (better for small groups).
You can get a range of coffees, chocolates, toasties, Italian sweets and gelato ice creams and shakes.
You could bring children, but probably more suited to singles or couples.
Service is friendly and fast and Leo is a popular and friendly character - he chatted with us and we found out he was the owner and had been here for 5 years.
It's on the corner of William Street and Wellington Street.
Easy access by public transport.
We were so glad we chose this for our first morning in Perth. Well worth a visit!

We had a nice morning coffee here. The cappuccino was excellent. A very high quality expresso draw. It was nice for people watching.

The Italian family owners have been so hospitable every time we stop in. Atmosphere is always filled light, and due to the beautiful corner windows it’s a great spot for people watching across Yagan square. Stop and enjoy the sunshine!

I came here for breakfast and coffee with my family this morning. The food was delicious and the coffee was the best I’ve ever had. So creamy and delicious! Definitely will be back soon. Lovely and welcoming staff too!

If you are looking for a kickstart to your day or just a mid morning pick up the coffee at Bocelli has your name all over it. Coffee is rich, velvety and strong in taste. Hot every time. The staff are friendly and the turn around for coffee is quick. A solid 10/10 for the coffee. There are some amazing looking gelatos in a variety of flavours which I cannot wait to try in the summer.

Sensational, authentic Italian meals. All ingredients and pastries baked in house, including homemade bread, bagels and sandwiches. Sincere and well informed service, that will walk you through every question about any of the dishes. I suspect it is owner operated/run.

They have their own house coffee which is a must try, along with their award winning Gelato. Our favorite is the blueberry cheesecake but the hazelnut is also a slim second.

A very nice n cosy cafe. Been there twice for breakfast. Coffee n toasts are good.

Today I went for the Cheesecake and rocher ice cream. Amazing quality 🤩, honestly one of the bests that I ever had. Also took home a shortbread cookie, a white choc/macademia one and an orange poppy seed muffin. The three of them were delicious!!
And people working there really nice as well 😊

Very cute place with wonderful customer service. The place isn't huge but that is what gives it it's charm. From the moment I stepped into the cafe the staff were so friendly. I didn't get food but the coffee was very lovingly prepared and I felt at easy to sip and read my book,

This delightful Italian Cafe is located at the busy street corner of William Street and Wellington Street in the City.

It's focus is upon the lunch- trade, so the meals are very quick to come out.

There is also a variety of sandwiches and rolls, not to mention their cakes, gelati icecream, juices, sparkling water, cappuccinos, and the like. They are all available for immediate purchase if you don't want to order an Italian dish.
But you'd be crazy not to order one of their Italian dishes, which are very tasty indeed.
My daughter and I enjoyed a ravioli dish and a lasagna dish, washed down with San Pellegrino sparkling water (of course) and an absolutely delicious cappuccino.

We also decided to enjoy some of the ice cream treats on display, including a 'Mela' (meaning 'apple' in Italian). It looked exactly like an apple, but was full of ice cream, strawberry and other goodies.

Rumour has it that the cafe is the one that was previously located (around the corner) in Forrest place for decades, but which recently 'lost' its lease. If so, it's Forrest Place's loss indeed!!

The prices were reasonable.. there was ample seating inside (and some tables outside). With beautiful views out the window towards the Horseshoe bridge, the Heritage pub and the train station nearby, it was All good!!!

So, why not get some more 'Bella Italia' in your life!!??😇

The soy latte is amazing. Very friendly people. Will be back for the foods.
