Had the 6 course tasting menu on our anniversary and it was a really great meal. Based on some of the reviews I was expecting to still be hungry after but we were both quite content. The tuna tartare was the highlight for us both, but every other dish was also really delicious, and the service was friendly and attentive. The view is also lovely, great atmosphere.

Best restaurant I have ever been. Spectacular dinner experience. Taking care of any details is this restaurant must. Staff very attentive and sociable. Location astonishing since you can see both the Harbour Bridge, just literally on top of you head, and the beautiful Opera House a little bit further down. If you're looking for a romantic place I believe it's perfect!! Chef prepared a tasting menu for us, each dish was a surprise both for our sight and for our palate.

The view here is absolutely amazing. Make sure you ask for the outside seatings.

The waiter who served us was very courteous and very attentive. We felt we have been well looked after.

The food is amazing here, and normally we are not full from fine dining food but this place filled us up and we walked out with full bellies.

Highly recommended.

We had an amazing experience here. The food, drinks, service, atmosphere and the view were all just top of the class.
We dined with our 2yo and 8mth baby and the staff were accommodating and friendly so even the kids had a good time.
We started at 6:30pm on Feb and we really enjoyed the bright natural lighting, watching the amazing sunset over the harbour, followed by beautiful lights on the harbour bridge and Luna Park.
The crab pasta was our favourite. Probably the best pasta I’ve had in Sydney.
Thank you Aqua Dining!

Came for Saturday Lunch with a medium sized group. 4 course lunch with a mix of BYO and purchased wine. Food was top notch and served with great pacing, service was friendly and helpful and overall experience was top notch. Got a little noisy at times but that's the price for coming to a busy restaurant. Highly recommended

We had a celebratory work lunch on a rather rainy day. Yet the place was absolutely stunning. Service was impeccable as expected and the food was delicious. The risotto with onion ice cream was my favourite. The wagyu beef was very flavourful but not as tender as I’d have liked. Certainly recommend especially for special events!

We ordered the 8 courses tasting menu paired with wine. The food was great! They did a great job of playing with the texture and combination of different flavors. It was interesting figuring on each bite what the different ingredients were used for each dish. I really liked the one with scallops that blended some critic flavors, an onion with quinoa as well as the main fish. A bit expensive but service was very good and everything was worth it.

Aqua dining is located on Milsons Point, next to Luna Park. Not the easiest place to find – but make your way towards the stairs leading down to Luna Park and you’ll find the entrance to the restaurant above the pool. The restaurant leads downstairs, but there is a lift if you need it.
The waterfront restaurant is long and has dual rows of tables, one against the wall with couch style seats, which is where we sat, and the other near the windows. Both have incredible unrivalled views of the harbour and it is really pleasant to simply sit and admire the beautiful location. You can see the ferries travelling by, as well as the stunning harbour bridge. It simply is a marvellous location.
The day we were there, it was freezing cold, and they had the heat pumped up (slightly too much), but it felt very comforting.
We had a party of 9 and they took us to our table, presented us with menus and shortly took a drink order. The service here is A class. They were extremely attentive, filling up glasses, removing plates quickly and presenting the food promptly and it was completely unobtrusive. We were extremely grateful for this, and they didn’t seem to mind us handing around presents and staying there for about 4 hours. We also note the venue suits all crowds. A family had a small child there, there were business workers and a large group like ours.
We went on a Sunday which is thoroughly recommended as they offer three courses for $75 (normally 2 courses for that price) and you can also BYO your own bottle of wine at $15 corkage which is a big saving for us as the diner.
We like fine dining and so does my father, but our other family members such as my sister and mother are quite traditional eaters, and a vegetarian in the group and we found the menu here suits a range of eaters. It is fine dining food that isn’t too outrageous for the diner who doesn’t take a lot of risks. The food here was absolutely incredible, both in taste and presentation. They describe themselves as contemporary Italian, though to the unknown, you’d probably think it was modern Australian.
Given we had a party of 9, we tried a range of different dishes. Plenty of the options are gluten and/or dairy free and some are also vegan. We sampled the outstanding sashimi version of Moreton Bay bug with chickpea and mint as well as the chilled oysters with freeze dried raspberry, white balsamic. Both beautiful seafood options.
We also shared the impressively presented baked onion with tomato and smoked cheddar (gf/v) as well as the salt baked beetroot, pomegranate, goat's milk, Szechuan pepper (gf/v). Absolutely lovely.
Given it’s an Italian restaurant, there’s a number of pasta dishes on offer. We tried the Risotto, with nettle, pine nuts (gf/v) and it was thoroughly enjoyed. You can select a pasta as either one of your entrée or main dish selections.
For mains, we enjoyed the amazingly tender dry-aged duck breast, red witlof with pickled blackberries as well as the ever popular, melt-in your mouth beef cheek with roast pumpkin, sage, port. We had a few bowls of the crunchy roast potatoes with rosemary as well.
All meal options were delicious and we could not fault anything.
Desserts were also of a high standard and we sampled most including the salted caramel vacherin, chocolate sorbet (gf), the White chocolate & ginger panna cotta, lime & coconut, miso sablé and my favourite, the Pearl barley ice cream, coffee crumble, caramel. So delicate and creamy. We also loved the cheese platters. Just when you think you’re finished, they bring out some sweet petit fours!
We loved our visit to Aqua Dining and certainly will be back!

Such an amazing experience!! Very well thought out menu, love the creativity and unique flavours. Service was great and the views are lovely. Sad they’ve temporarily closed but excited to see what they come back with.

Went to aqua on Easter Friday. Had the 4 courses for the price of 3.
The food was delicious. A stand out was the smoked trout pasta which I'd 100% get again if I went back. The staff were very helpful and nice.
If you're able to, I'd recommend getting a table outside as the view of the harbour bridge is amazing.

I'm not usually at a loss for words but this dinner was something I've never experienced before. We had the 6 course tasting menu and I drank a beautiful white wine (can't remember the name-something like 'Old Dog' ?) Each dish came out looking perfect and they all tasted exquisite! I posted a photo of the menu so you can work out what each dish was. My favourite was probably the Wagyu Beef or the pre-dessert dish (the white pebbles with green frozen yogurt on it). The view speaks for itself but you can't beat being nestled between the Harbour Bridge and Luna Park. With sneak peaks at the Opera House, watching the sun go down was magical. I must say the best part was the customer service from the staff. At all times we felt cared for and looked after, we never had to ask for anything, they were right there to assist at all times. Special mention must go to Kyle who made our night so special. He was knowledgeable and informed about all the dishes and was so helpful and charming. He's also a great photographer and knows all the right angles for that perfect Harbour photo. Thank you for such a wonderful night.

Love this place for the wonderful view and friendly view. Very fresh seafood, wirst time triid Morton Bay bugs sashimi and it tasted rich and sweet. Love the pasta and fish too, not so much about the cheese plate and the steak.

Recommend to book in advance to secure a window seat. Weekend lunch menu has set discount via dimmi website so definitely go for it on special occasion with the fantastic view

Excellent food, view and staff. It was my first time here at Aqua dining with my partner and it was a good experience. We were running late due to heavy traffic and they were understanding and accommodating.
I tried the À la carte 3 course menu with a side which was a decent size for lunch.
I tried the pasta: smoked trout agnolotti, asparagus, lemon gel
Main: angus beef tenderloin, spring onion, tomato and macadamia chutney (gf/df)
Dessert: croquembouche, lime custard, basil, elderflower
Shared side: roast dutch cream potatoes
The smoked trout agnolotti pasta and croquembrouche were my favourites. The angus beef was nice and tender 😁
I would highly recommend and come back.

By far the best fine dining restauarant I have been to. Warmly welcomed by the staff on arrival and the service was great, and the food was deliciously enjoyed over a magnificent view. Although portion size was a bit small, the flavours of the food was well worth the price and the chef even gave us a complimentary dish to try. Absolutely love this place!

A chance to enjoy a fantastic fine dining meal after COVID19 lockout restrictions were relaxed. All 10 guests were seated outside by the pool and had great views of the bridge, opera house and CBD skyline. Attentive service and delicious multi-course menu. This place is deserving of a SMH hat! Bookings are essential and be prepared to eat quickly during the 90 mins sitting.

Couldn't fault it - a warm welcome and friendly service (they happily cloaked my luggage); stunning, world class water /bridge/Luna Park views; outstanding, flavour pack cuisine.
Pretty much all tables have views thanks to the long dining too which looks over an Olympic pool to the bridge beyond.
This is perfect for anyone wanting to capture the essence of Sydney or celebrate a special occasion.
