Most childcares have excellent facilities, so one's choice comes down to the team of educators and the manager(s) at a particular centre; in this case, both are excellent. The staff demonstrate they are invested in one's children by regularly communicating and updating oneself. As for the manager, although they are relatively new, they illustrate they are across all facets of the centre and ready to tackle any issues that may arise.

We are SO happy with this centre! My son started here when he was only 7 months old. The educators have went above and beyond to help him settle into the nursery. I can tell that the educators here really care about children and build such great relationships with them. My boy is one of the "velcro babies" who wants to be with me and be cuddled all the time. The educators are so supportive and so loving. It is a joy to see how much my boy has grown under the amazing care he's received here. He now smiles happily and reaches for hugs from the educators when I drop him off in the morning! The centre also provides updates and loads of photos via the Storypark which are just wonderful! A truly fantastic centre!

Working here feels like being part of SBR family! Our new manager is amazing, making us all feel valued and appreciated. I'm grateful for the best team colleagues ever. Thank you for creating such a joyful and supportive environment!

Both of my kids have started with Busy Bee and educators have been amazing on every transition phase. Would highly recommend the service as the educator’s are very helpful and super friendly. Thankyou team.

I’ve had both my girls go through this centre and they’ve both enjoyed their time here and learned so much. It’s a wonderful centre with caring and friendly staff who make a real effort to get to know your family.

We are happy with the service. The educators are so supportive and friendly. The new management is doing a good job with keeping the area clean and safe for the kids. We also get update regarding our kids activities mostly in daily basis.

Hard to get into big waiting list. Good friendly staff.

I'm highly disappointed with the care delivered to our godson who has come home on multiple occasions with scratches, bruises and other injuries without any acknowledgement or notice to his parents of any incidents. He has reported multiple times that other children have hurt him and he was not comforted or supported by the educators. He is distraught most afternoons when being picked up, and often with his belongings missing. This lack of care and concern for our godson is not good enough.
