Wonderful caring service, always structured to what you need.
Susie has a strong focus on mobility and functional movement. Susie will always make a modification to suit a client.
I have never felt so included, safe and empowered in a personal training/class environment.
If you are considering a small fitness classes or PT, consider Fitness for Wellness.

I've been attending Fitness For Wellness classes now for a few years. I love the variety of classes available, the time Susie takes to encourage and challenge you and all the attendees are so friendly and accepting of everyone old and new.

Awesome small group classes, great for anyone with injuries, Susie (the trainer) will modify any exercise to suit your limitations. I couldn't recommend Fitness for Wellness highly enough.
