Gold Creek World of Learning

I can't speak highly enough of the staff at Gold Creek World of Learning. My daughter has been attending for 2 years now - since she was 6 months old - and I can honestly say that the educators there treat her like she was theirs. It's as much a family as it is a daycare centre. The kids are given a wide and varied range of activities throughout the day and there is always something different for them to explore. And I know this because we get updates via the mobile app - daily reports and photos of what she's been up to, which we look forward to receiving. The educators are wonderful and I am grateful to them for creating a place where I can drop my daughter off with confidence, knowing that she will have a wonderful & fun day and that she will be looked after. There may be tears at drop off but they don't last long!

My little ones, 2 and 4 years old, have been at Gold Creek World of Learning for about a month now, and I have to say this Centre has been absolutely amazing! Every single carer in both the Seaturtle and Preschooler rooms have been so approachable and lovely, providing a lot of advice and support and very quickly taking the time to get to know my kids.
Kayla, the Centre Manager, is absolutely fantastic to deal with, and how well she manages her centre is very apparent in the quality of staff, the cleanliess and effort put into the great large open spaces in each room, and the general happiness both my kids have at the idea of going to ‘school’ each day.
If you are looking for a centre that really cares about your children, has the facilities to keep them safe, and is staffed by people who are skilled, knowledgeable & personable, then World of Learning at Gold Creek is it :)

I'm a first time mother and had to put my son into care at 5 months so I could return to work - absolute best decision i've ever made! My husband and I toured a number of centres before enrolling, and from the moment we first stepped foot in the door we have been made to feel like family! My son is beyond happy at the centre and jumps out of my arms every morning to his educators when I drop him off. Their communication is also fanastic, with regular updates and photos daily through their app - many other mother friends have commented how they wish their centres communicated with them the way GCWOL does.
Centre Manager, Kayla, runs a fanastic business and always goes above and beyond to say hello, accomodate our needs and even reply to emails within 24 hours. Cannot recommend this centre more highly!

My daughter loves attending Gold Creek World of Learning and I can not recommend it highly enough. The staff are fantastic, very helpful and friendly. They children are always doing different, fun activities and the daily photos and updates available through the app/email are fantastic for keeping parents informed. 10/10

My daughter started here 11 months ago and we have loved every moment of it.
Staff are professional, caring and loving to my daughter who enjoys coming here. Staff and management are professional, supportive and very quick to respond to any of my needs or questions regarding to care or extra support to myself or my family. Transitioning my 4 month old baby to childcare was very upsetting for me and the Transition was made easy with comforting phone calls, photos, feeding and nappy changes on the app. The app .ade it easy for me to check in and know she was being taken care of.
You guys are absolutely amazing and I cant thank you enough for what you do.

My 3yr old and 1 yr old love attending gold creek world of learning, the preschool room has alot of activities choice and space and has made many friends and especially loves playing outside. The educators are awesome and genuinely care for the children. The nursery room also has plenty of space for the children to safely explore and play. The nursery educators are lovely and also very caring to the children.
They use kindy hub also which provides info on their day and photos.

If you are one of the parents considering this place but reluctant because it's slightly pricey compare to others in the vicinity, please read this. I enrolled my daughter in 2 day-care 2 years ago, because I want to have the flexibility of doing casual bookings and because I was not sure if this place is worth the money. It didn't take much time to see that my daughter prefers this one. I started reducing days on the other one, but it became clear that she is so much happier here. She wont let me unbuckle her whenever I take her to the other one. Meanwhile, she learns so much here and they always seem to have creative things to do each week, that she will be cheerful when I pick her up in the afternoon. We quit the other one and now we have so much less drama! We are thankful for your service and dedication!

We have been having great experiences so far with my son joint the centre from SpiderMonkeys and now transitioned to Preschool. With support from friendly and professional staff across the Centre, my son is progressing so well in his independence and social skills. Highly recommend this Centre to parents looking for Child Care Services.

My daughter went to Gold Creek World of Learning since she was 7 months. She’s been there for more than 2 years now, and the experiences since were impressive.

On my first visit to the centre, the room lead from nursery room took me around the centre and explained more details than I expected. I left the centre without asking a single question and had great confidence about the process and what my child would expect during her stay.

I was offered to stay in the centre with my child for as many times as I wish before started the formal full day visits. That was a great stepping stone for me, as I utilised the opportunities to not only observe how the room operates, but also helped my child to establish the trust among the staffs while I was around. This process made it very easy for my child to blend into the environment later. I still remember on the first full day stay, I left the centre with tears. The room lead called me afterwards to give me updates about how my child went, and checked with me to make sure I was okay. I believe the care factor from the team was truly from their inner heart!

The centre is not just providing care but also providing a great environment for the young children to learn. Especially the Frogs room, when my daughter spent almost a year in the room. All staffs were in the room are stars! The variety of the daily activities and patience from the staffs have deeply impressed me. The centre also has music teacher visit every week, which is my daughter’s favourite. Sometimes, when we finish work early, we can see the educators play with children like their own kids. We really appreciate the effort they’ve put to make the childcare my daughter’s second home. My daughter was moved to an older age group room recently, I’m looking forward to see the good practices are extended in this room.

I was very impressed with the way how the centre communicates with me. The daily record slips and Kindyhub were great tools allows me to have a very good understanding about what happened to the child during the day. This adds enormous value to me while I am establishing a routine with my child. In addition, I was able to chat with my little one about her day in the childcare on the way back home.

The office staffs are very thoughtful, supportive and efficient when dealing our requests and issues. I would like to say big thanks to all of you!

To be honest, this childcare centre is not the most flashing one we have ever visited. We were worried about the quality of the centre. But after we noticed the significant improvement in our child’s developments, we both agreed that it is never the facility made the difference, it is the staff, the quality of the staff! Please keep up the good work!

Love the staff and their dedication to the kids. My child learns a lot from them and loves attending. The kids learn bits and pieces from other languages, learn about personal safety and respect for other people, and of course the essentials for their age. My child is always in the best mood when I pick him up. I definitely recommend this centre.

Highly recommend WOL at Gold Creek. We initial had our child enrolled with another day care within the area. However, were completely let down by the facility. Since the move our child now loves attending day care. The staff are super friendly and constantly keep you updated with daily events, via the online app.

Had both my daughters at World of Learning Gold Creek (age 1 and 4). The staff here were awesome, both my girls loved this daycare centre. Peace of mind in leaving my children at this centre is invaluable.

Having been to 3 early education centres, Gold Creek World of Learning is up there with the best of them. The kids love going there, the educators are lovely, and the overall experience is great. Totally recommend it.

This centre has exceeded all of my expectations over the last 6 months. The staff genuinely care for the children, and ensure their needs are always met. The office staff have exceptionally good customer service skills, nothing is too much trouble. Regular staff, clean and tidy play areas, great programs and meals. I would recommend this centre to anyone.

All three kids have been through gold creek and I cannot fault them. Warm friendly staff. Always doing fun activities and excursions. Own in house chef keeping food up to date and lots of variety. will be sad when my 3rd child finishes there

Highly recommend World of Learning, after being severely let down my the first centre we went to, GC WOL has been amazing. They have been incredibly helpful with my daughters allergy handling as well

5 stars for the educators at Gold Creek! My child loved going there! We had moved here from the other side of Canberra!

I have one child who goes here and he is excited every day when we arrive and never wants to leave when we pick him up.

Unfortunately we had to leave the service due to relocation but cannot recommend more so amazing
