I don’t know if there’s a word limit on here but I could honestly say so so much about Emma from Whole Health with Emma! I started the year with her by my side and I’m finishing the year with her by my side. She has honestly educated and supported me more than she probably knows this year, she’s taught me the importance of the basics, things I had complicated myself over the years. The simplicity of eating good, nutritious foods, the simplicity of moving and resistance exercises and how these tied together don’t need to mean a complicated way of living. Just small, simple changes can have big results, physically and also mentally.

I started seeing Emma in the hope of some physical changes but to my surprise, the emotional and mental changes have been even greater. I’m exercising because I feel mentally better for it, I’m eating more nutritious foods because I feel physically better for it, and I’m drinking less alcohol because I know I’m a better person for it. Most of all, I’m learning to love myself more! So much of this is thanks to Emma.

I signed up for Emma’s 8 week program with not really knowing what to expect as I’ve never trained with a personal trainer before. And she exceeded all my expectations! From the start she was very thorough with her questionnaires - and was really curious to know what my goals were and what my barriers were to hitting them. Throughout the whole 8 weeks she was incredibly supportive, giving me words of encouragement through her app even during the weeks where life got in the way and I wasn’t able to hit a lot of my targets. She really understands what it means to integrate holistic health and her programming helped me find my mojo to get back into the gym again! Thank you Emma for an amazing 8 weeks - my body feels so much stronger, fitter and way more toned than when I first started!

I joined Emma’s program to lose weight for my wedding as I was struggling with being a first time mum and a busy work schedule.
I found the flexible diet the easiest diet I have ever done and the program so simple to follow.

I couldn’t recommend Emma highly enough! Her care, knowledge and commitment to working with me to help me be the strongest version of myself have been transformative. Emma’s sessions are always fun, whilst focusing on good form and sound technique. She is supportive but also challenges me to step outside my comfort zone and regularly checks in with me about my goals. I am so grateful to have found Emma and love working with her!

After trying every, and I mean every diet possible, I found Emma.
I commenced the 12-week course, with at home work-outs (all the gear and no idea) food tracking and weekly check-ins. All online which suited my schedule.
I lost 4 kg, but that wasn't the real win. The real win was learning about protein, fiber and strength vs cardi workouts and being able to have a life while being accountable and sensible with my choices.
Post 12 weeks, Emma is still sitting on my shoulder, with my food choices, my booze choices and I even joined a gym.

I am so glad that I joined Emma at Whole Health Personal Training. I was realy struggling with all the changes that menopause brings and felt very low. In just a few short months my life feels like it's back on track. Not only has Emma given me her undivided attention, she has helped me to set goals, encouraging me along the way. Assured me the changes will come when I have felt low. Provided me with Nutrition advice and keeps me accountable each week. The workouts have been amazing, with no two the same. My clothes fit and feel better. I am definitely feeling better both mentally and physically. I can't wait to get to training each week and have prioritised this time for me, it's worth it.

I signed up with Emma to participate in her I Am Strong program in November. I cannot recommend Emma enough. Her knowledge is amazing across nutrition & exercise. I signed up for nutrition guidance as already have a consistent exercise plan/gym membership. She is very supportive and there for you at every step. The weekly check-ins & Emma’s feedback videos are both invaluable (the videos were a weekly highlight). I finally reached my goal after being frustrated for so long and have found a balance that really works for me, especially reminding me to eat more. Sign up, you won’t regret it.

Update: I’ve completed 4 months of working with Emma and I love it!! She has been so supportive and keeps challenging me at the right pace. I have lost 5kg and am feeling stronger and healthier - I miss it when I don’t exercise now. Give Emma a go, she will help you achieve your goals.

I’ve been training with Emma for 5 weeks now, doing her Learn to Lift program and I can already see changes. I feel stronger, my clothes fit better, I’m more conscious of what I eat, making smarter choices without restricting myself. Emma is giving me the tools and support to make sustainable changes in my life to be stronger and healthier. Emma will challenge you but will also have you laughing as you puff through a superset! I have just completed a 4 week program with Emma and I am about to start another 8 weeks. Emma is amazing! I have been to a number of different places before finding Emma and I can honestly say I have never felt more supported doing any other program before hers. She is so knowledgable and has such a realistic approach to Nutrition that it is something that you can maintain, no quick fixes here and it makes it so much easier to stay on track this way. I have had Emma cheering me on each training session, every session leaves me feeling so good. I have improved my strength and fitness so much in just 4 weeks, I can't wait to see where I am in another 8 weeks. Emma is a fantastic trainer and coach! A true one-stop-shop to achieving lifelong healthy attitudes to food, fitness, health and wellness!

I love the app and knowing I could access my workouts, track my progress, snap a pic of my food, ask a quick question or get some encouragement whenever it was needed!

I have worked with various PTs for various reasons during my 20s but I am in this new season of life with a demanding job, 2 kids under 3 and trying to find my feet again postpartum..any PT wasn't going to just cut it for me - I needed someone that would understand what I have been through, what I am going through and what the future might look like..and then I stumbled across Emma and Whole Health with Emma and honestly it's been the best PT/Nutrition coach I've had..from the moment we met and did our initial session I felt like I could talk her through all my insecurities and not feel judged..Emma is a wealth of knowledge, everything from fitness, nutrition, explaining the why..and her programs are easy to follow and really push you to your limit and for me to be able to train at home where it is easy and the barriers to entry are low (don't have to drive to the gym and back) it's an absolute no brainer..I did the Lift with Emma coaching and I am continuing to do so and have it apart of my life and an investment to myself and because I have Emma in my corner..if you are sitting on the fence about what to do next or need some help as a busy mum in the daily chaos - reach out to Emma, you wont regret it - I promise..it's life changing - Thank you Emma for your support, encouragement and wealth of knowledge! Highly recommend Emma. She's a ray of sunshine in your day and she knows her stuff. If you want a trainer who will listen and fully cater to your needs/preferences and do everything to make sure you're enjoying your training, whilst still getting the results you're after (whatever they are) then try Emma. Great set up, just turn up and work out. I love not having to think about what I'm going to do, it's all planned for me. Whether in person, at home or at the gym, she's got you covered.

Emma has been incredible! After completing the I am strong online program I’ve managed to totally change the way I look at my diet, get back to the gym and lost a couple of kgs too.
The support from Emma over the last four weeks really kept me motivated and get me back into fitness!

I couldn’t recommend Emma and her program highly enough. She took time to understand my goals, work with me, teach me and encourage me. I learnt so much about nutrition (I thought I had an okay understanding but everything she included in her program was so practical and informative), as well as had the motivation and accountability to get moving again. I saw fantastic results in just 4 weeks. Better eating, better sleeping, weight loss, more energy and feeling so much better overall. I was unsure how much I would get out of the program but I absolutely loved it.

Emma is so knowledgeable on all things nutrition and very clear on the process of which she operates in.
