Modern, bright and beautiful store that’s recently been renovated.
The store layout is clean and welcoming with an amazing selection of coffee to suit your taste. You can enjoy a coffee before during or after your purchase to which the staff are friendly and explain the coffee and tastes you should expect.

I usually visit the Nespresso Boutique near Martin Place when it is time to purchase new coffee capsules and drop off old ones for recycling, but as I was visiting Bondi Junction today I decided to visit this Boutique instead. A compact store, it is neatly laid out, featuring nice displays of various Nespresso accessories and coffee machines, including the new Vertuo Pop machines.

I was having trouble locating the used capsule receptacle, but fear not, a member of staff was immediately there to take two bags of used capsules from me and take care of them. Asking me if I needed anything else, she helped me purchase new capsules quickly and efficiently. She then asked me if I would like a coffee, but as I was pressed for time I had to decline this kind offer.

This was yet another enjoyable experience when visiting a Nespresso Boutique, this branch easily matches the high level of customer service we have come to expect from this brand. Recommended.

The staff are so lovely and friendly at the Nespresso Boutique store in Bondi Junction. They will even make you coffee in all of the different flavours and strengths for you to try and see which ones you like best. The products are all very cool and they will even give you recycling bags to take home so you can put your empty coffee pods in. When the bag is full you can also take it back to the store so they can recycle it for you.

I am a long time member of Nespresso Bondi Junction back when it all began. The last 15 months I was employed there and I left last month. I miss the team who all work so hard and try so hard to deliver the very best experience for members/customers. I came back today after so many weeks away to see the new boutique at Bondi Junction and I was so impressed and proud of how I was once a part of this unique team. Don't criticise them as you have no idea how much they put in to provide you as members and customers high standards to ensure your experience at Nespresso Bondi a unique one. I started as a member when it first began and I became a staff and then came back today as a customer again. Again today I was member/customer and the welcome and services from everyone is more than outstanding. Thank you to all the Nespresso Bondi Junction team... you are all amazing 👏 ❤

Nick the MVP! Came to this store with my gf to have a look at some machine to buy for our new home. Nick greeted us right away and explained everything needed about machines we were interested in…also made some coffees for us while explaining more about “subscription plans”. Judging by his knowledge and approach we thought he worked there for at least a year! Only after 10 minutes we noticed name tag says “trainee”. His knowledge and customer service was excellent!…wish this level of customer service wouldn’t be so rare to find! Thanks Nick!

Besides the great products, the folks at this store are super professional and helpful. Their product knowledge on the different Nespresso machine s are second to none. The service at the coffee tasting bar is also super fast, then had soy milk.

James made the experience for us! So patient and helped us pick the perfect coffee to take home with us :)

Such a wonderful experience when you go into the store. Jackie was so helpful and suggested a few new coffees to try. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and has the loveliest, thoughtful manner. Every time I go into this store the experience has been exceptional and it reminds me why I should not get my coffee order online. They really understand their coffees and what a true coffee drinker appreciates. They take as much time as possible with you, even if the store is busy - like it was today - Jackie still gave me all the time in the world and was so kind and helpful. I have been in there before and the manager is also exceptional. Truly goes above and beyond expectations. They clearly are very passionate about the product but also very passionate about delivering a wonderful service to their clients!!!

They accept your used pods for recycling no problem.

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful experience at this location. Right upon entry of the store we were greeted by Jackie who was so kind and very knowledgeable about the nespresso products. She made us both a coffee best suited for our liking which was amazing. If we were not travelling we absolutely would have bought the Vertuo Plus espresso machine from Jackie right then and there. Thanks again!!

We visited Nespresso Boutique at Westfield Bondi Junction on Friday 4th November 2017. Was attended to immediately by a nice gentleman at the door who suggested we try their new Confetto Limited Collection which is candy inspired. The lady at the tasting counter was helpful as well, she made us the new Orangette which has notes of orange peel and a hint of chocolate which is a nice blend for Christmas. I was pleased to be able to try their new Vertuo coffee as well in a take away cup which was a little different but enjoyable. The gentleman at the purchasing desk explained a few other collections and made our purchase a smooth transaction. Will visit this boutique again as we felt like royalty.

I saw Jacqui today and was so grateful we crossed paths and she was able to help me and my wife with a new coffee machine. She was professional and very helpful. Would highly recommend.

We we're served by James today. He made the whole purchase an absolute breeze with his wealth of knowledge from the machine we selected to the pods and origins explained. Even the coffee tasting y James was explained perfectly. James is an absolute asset to the store. The store itself is also inviting and clean.

I never usually leave reviews but I experienced possibly the best customer service I have ever received in my life here today.

Nathan was knowledgeable, very professional and polite and wasn’t pushy at all. He gave us everything we needed to make an informed decision and we ended up buying a machine perfect for us.
Nathan was so kind and I truly believe he deserves recognition for the lasting impact his customer service had on us. It has left a positive memory of the store and the Nespresso brand as a whole.

Very excited to be visiting again soon.

I was at their shop to try out different flavours of coffee. Not only the coffee was good but the service they provided was awesome.
I actually was not feeling well & while trying out their sample i fainted & passed out (not because of the coffee, coffee was too good 😅). The gentlemen working their were so nice to offer me water, they sat beside me the whole time till i felt better, they asked for my details & gave me a call even after i left the shop, just check that i was ok.
