Staff always seem nice. I have purchased pork sausages which were delicious, and the tenderloins. Only down fall is the packaging, why use Styrofoam plates for the sausages??

The food is ok. but the staff is extremely rude. when I went to the shop , there were two staffs there. one of the staff took my order, but she didn't even listen my order carefully and picked wrong one. So, I told my order again, then she yelled at me " I know!!! " with rude attitude. I was very shocked. I tried to explain that she picked wrong one and what I want, but she was like nothing happened and just told me the price. I couldn't stand her attitude, so I told her that her attitude was rude. but she didn't even care about that. she said that she just made a mistake. that's it. I couldn't believe her rude attitude.
before that happened, I saw that one of the customer asked her about what spice they use for the spicy sausage, her answer was " I don't know " of course the attitude was so rude. they sell food they don't know... that was worst service I ever had. I will never go back there again.

Bought a "Boneless Chicken Roast" on Sunday 7 May for $15.00. Looked Good, Smelt good and took it home for Sunday Roast. All was fine, until the "netting" was removed. This then allowed is to fully see a very thin fillet of chicken, partially wrapping what appeared to be half a loaf of bread crumbs. We struggled to eat it - bloody awful - soggy bread crumbs was all we really got. I expected some "stuffing" but this was chicken wrapped stuffing. A total ripoff and extremely disappointing. Never to return.
