Brilliant service. I contacted Dateline about a warranty replacement for a faulty set of clippers. I emailed them over the weekend and they'd replied to me by 9:00am Monday, within the day the warranty claim was finalised and I had the replacement clipper by mid day Wednesday!

Absolutely amazing service EVERY TIME!!! I've been a customer of Dateline Imports for over a year now and they have been extremely compassionate all throughout this Covid period. My rep Judie is just a blast. it's always a good time when she comes in store, not to mention all her efforts in calling/ emailing and texting me when there are sales she knows I'd be interested in and always takes care of any damaged/ faulty stock hasstle free! The office staff are also exceptional! Always lovely to talk to them and you can always tell they put so much effort in their customer service and they actively try to be flexible and understanding. Dateline Imports were exceptionally efficient and courteous following up my query. I was extremely impressed with their courteous and prompt attention which resulted in a completely satisfactory resolution.

Been dealing with Dateline Imports for 15 years now, they still go above and beyond, no wonder they are called the house of brands.

Hair care products. Good prices.

Bought a brand new hairdryer through OZ Hair & Beauty, came with smell that sticks in your hair.
Asked them for replacement, they wanted me to send the hairdryer without replacement to inspect, while I would be waiting in winter time without the product.

Brought two dryers they were both faulty and very weak compared to the other hair dryers. Told me it was my fault as there was dust on my hairdryer even though I cleaned it regularly . Not good customer service don’t buy from them

This company has the absolute worst customer service and communication, would never order from again, never have I ever had to call a company sooo many times and them not get back to me about an order I’ve placed that I’ve paid for and still haven’t received after 4-5 months, useless don’t know how they’re still in business.
If I could give 0 stars I would.

Poor customer service, don’t answer the phone, didn’t call back or reply to email. Can’t read shipping information, sent item to wrong address. Avoid unless you want poor customer service and don’t want to receive what you have paid for. Absolutely useless and don’t even deserve 1 star
