The process was quite effortless as the quality of the customer service I received through dealing with POD Projects Group was excellent. Any interactions with the group were friendly and helpful. We've been dealing with Marcus Allesch and have been really impressed with his service. I've appreciated Marcus' patience in answering questions, his responsiveness in coming back with additional information when necessary, and above all his non-pushy approach. Marcus is clearly confident with the product he's selling and has been great in allowing us plenty of space to explore other options and gather as much factual information as possible.
