I had an amazing shopping experience with Aaron Hayford. It was first day and he was very polite, helpful, and friendly. Will definitely be visiting again for more Christmas shopping :)

Excellent selection of toys and books, just a small spot not overwhelming products. Bought there some stuff to comfort a little girl who lost her mum recently and the lovely lady gave her a gift cushion to cuddle. Very passionate person

What a little Gem! Great selection of games, toys including Lego and puzzles. Something for every budget. I especially love that they have a wide selection of books as well. 4 stars only for the sake I wish it were a bigger store!!

The lady working in this shop is really awful, rude. I visited this shop on 17/12/2023. My daughter entered in this shop and was looking at the toys. She asked my daughter to go away, she said she didn't see me with her. Can you abuse a child if not seeing their parents? I asked her to apologise, and she just simply refused. My daughter was not being disruptive or doing anything, just looking at the toys. If you clearly dislikes children, why do you run a business to earn money from selling the toys to kids. If you like your kids, don't let your kids enter that stupid toys store.

I am a mum and I was looking at a toy to purchase for my child. I noticed it was available elsewhere for 50% less, and asked if they would pricematch. The woman said they would not. I said "fair enough, no problem" and I walked away to quickly answer a text when she walked up behind me and said "why are you still here". I was shocked as I was just about to purchase the product anyway. I left immediately. l have never experienced rudeness like this from a sales person.

Very disappointed with the rude service I experienced from the owner. Purchased a toy which was faulty. Took it back and purchased a new present for my nephew $20 more expensive which I was happy to do. When returning to pick it up gift wrapped I was accused of just not wanting the faulty gift as she said it worked fine when she tested it. I was made to feel like I was lying. Silly woman as the shop was very convenient and was going to make it my 'go to' toy shop...never again will I set foot it there!!!

I don't normally leave reviews however, I sometimes go here to purchase Pokemon booster packs as it's local however I will no longer be doing so after a recent negative experience.

I saw some Pokemon decks that I was looking to grab copies for both me and a friend and I went to take a photo so that I could show my friend. As soon as I pulled my phone out to take a photo, the lady at the counter rushed to me to tell me that photos of products were not allowed. As there was no signage indicating so, I simply apologized, showed her that I deleted the photo and would have left it at that.

However, what occurred next was simply baffling to me. She scolded me asking why I wanted to take a photo, to which I told her my honest answer that I just wanted to show a friend. Her response to that was to aggressively tell me that "It's only $32, it's not that expensive." and "I don't need to take a photo for that." Just super condescending and rude overall.

This lady is damn right rude. Told my 4 year old daughter off for picking up a toy. We then left the store to go to Wollies where she followed us and continued to tell my daughter off.
