I remember it was a day before Father’s Day, and I went to this shop to get a present for my dad, specifically I wanted to get him a mug. Then I got the mug for a very cheap price but it was all dusty and dirty (I didn’t notice it). When I came home my mom said to return the mug since it didn’t look good and everything. When I came to the store and asked for a refund the women who was behind the counter said “we don’t do refunds and we don’t return the money” and she showed me the sing that said it. Jsyk it was in the place where you can’t really see. My mom went to get the money back. We did got the money back and I never came back again.
Don’t waste your time and money on this shop. Quality of these goods are horrible

The lady behind the counter screamed at me for taking too long to walk over and pay during the Halloween rush? She then refused to take payment and threw my items at me? I will go out of my way to make their life difficult and keep complaining to centre management until they get a formal warning. Let’s all avoid for the sake of this awful person. Also the store stank like someone soiled themselves and they didn’t adhere to covid limitations so you best believe centre management will be hearing about that too.

This shop and the woman who is working there are terrible. The goods in the store are of terrible quality and very dirty. Don't waste your time and money.
