Great service, had a dent on one of the rear panels and the bumper was ruined. It was fixed better then when I bought the car. The people are very friendly as well. Highly recommend Mitchell smash repairs.

I’d give Hayden and the team at MSR 6 stars if I could. One of my kids had a minor dingle which had to be repaired to keep the car roadworthy. Hayden gave me a couple of options to keep the price reasonable and even replaced an additional part that was later found to be damaged, within his original quote. A very satisfied customer. 👍

Excellent service. I had some minor damage to my car and I took it here for a quote, which was sent to me that day and then the parts were ordered for my car. As soon as the parts were in I was able to book my car in to get fixed the next day and it was fixed so quickly! Highly recommend.

Brett is a very generous and excellent mechanic. We came down on a Saturday morning for a quote and he quickly fix a few issues on our car for free while he was at it. We weren't expecting him to do any of this and for free. Thus, I would highly recommend him to friends and family to provide a good service at an honest price.

The staff are friendly, efficient and honest. Urgently required repairs to my car and found them from a quick google search where the reviews seemed promising. They lived up to the reviews and provided fast, quality repairs with excellent customer service, fixing my minor panel issues. Very happy with the work provided by them and would highly recommend.

I had 2 quotes for some minor repairs. At first I was inclined to go with the other quote as they had the more professional looking outfit but Hayden's quote came in firm and almost half the price of the other place which was suggesting there could be extras on top of what they'd quoted. Hayden was great to deal with, finished the job earlier than expected and no extras beyond what was quoted. Would definitely recommend.

I honestly could not recommend Mitchell Smash Repairs more! Brett has gone above and beyond what I could ever ask for. He is patient, understanding, professional, lovely to deal with and has done an excellent job fixing extensive damage to my car, when I got it back it was like new. He even fixed other cosmetic damage to my car without charge and without me expecting or requesting him to do so. It’s nice to know there’s good, kind people out there and Brett is one of them! For a stress free experience, excellent customer service and high quality work, at a very reasonable price, go to these guys, I truly cannot praise them enough.

The only disappointment I have regarding this place is that I can't give them a six star rating! Professional, courteous, prompt, competitively priced and the quality of their workmanship is exceptional. Cannot fault them. I have had two repairs conducted by them on the same car, one privately, one via insurance, and in both cases their communication, service and quality of work can't be faulted. They will be my first - and last - port of call for any future bodywork as long as I'm in the ACT. Brett was wonderful from beginning to end. He's professional, patient, honest and brilliant at his work. Our car was damaged by the hail in January and I wasn't keen on being part of the AMA sausage factory. During the four months it took AMA to prepare our assessment I searched for another repairer. I read Brett's reviews and phoned him. He spent time on the phone with me and was always very very helpful. His quote was excellent and he and his team did a fabulous job. The reviews are true!
