The service provided by a young employee from Pakistan or India was rude and disrespectful.

My husband went along for blood tests today, 6 September at 10am. He explained he had Parkinson’s Disease and apologised beforehand. When the nurse was taking the blood sample his hand started shaking. She said twice “keep your hand still” in an angry manner, which was pretty upsetting for him. He said again “I’ve got Parkinson’s”. He didn’t get her name, but I think that could be worked out. She also had henna tattoos on her hand

It took two months to book an appointment as they do not answer their phones. Received my holt monitor, the lady who positioned the monitor didn't apply one of the sticky pads correctly. She placed it over scar tissue and smooshed the gel so it ended up falling off. When I went to return the device 24 hours later I was 10 minutes late. Coming in from interstate this was unavoidable. Please note their policy is back to back bookings. The next user was waiting, to that individual I am sorry for the wait. However this means they do not clearn the devices between use. From the moment I walked the door to return the device the lady just chewed me out for being late. late. She didn't want to answer my questions about stopping the device just chew me out some more about being late. I ended up ripping the device off and handing it back. She wasn't going to answer my questions. I have no idea if the placement or pads falling off will affect the data. There is chance that I will need to repeat this procedure, if I do I won't be coming back to Bruce Calvary Capital Pathology.

Admin was extremely rude, in this rainy season, even my wife (30 week pregnant) reached just 10 minute late and she was not served and asking to book another appointment after 2 weeks.... seriously???
