It was my first ever visit to Australia and also to a Lululemon. One of my purchase was a pair of leggings for a girl and I have been single for 8 years, so I would be one of the most clueless shoppers here ever. Despite that, Georgia, was a superb and delightful help. Never judging my inexperience, her professional and insightful suggestions and recommendations were actually perfect (I bought a pair of tights for myself as well). I was so impressed by her service that I had to leave her a 10/10 review. The other staff were also super friendly and helpful, just that I stuck with Georgia since she was the first person I asked. Top-notch.

All the ladies who worked the evening of Fri Feb 2nd were wonderful - helpful and friendly, doing everything with a big smile. Everyone assisted me at some point as I was in the store for a while trying many items on. I appreciated their patience, care and the generosity of their time. Thank you!

Inconsistent service - But does not bother me too much, as the good ones were really a pleasure. Just a tourist here, and the staffs were informative on the tourist tax refund, so all good and managed to get another ~10% off my Lulu loots!

Awesomely comfortable and great value. While the fabrics are synthetic they are seriously high quality and healthy to wear. Once you try this stuff on, you may never wish to take it off!
The staff here are super friendly and helpful too. So your customer experience is a truly enjoyable one. They know just how to help, and importantly when to help too!
If you are looking for comfortable activewear, this is the place to come for it!

A must-go shop for Singaporeans who love good bargains as some latest products can be less than half the prices in Singapore right now. A small shop but with friendly and helpful staff.

I recently had to return a pair of leggings where the seam had split. Had a really great experience with friendly staff (Sam was his name) and was able to swap for a new pair which staff recommended to be better for running. Really happy with the help/return.

This is my favourite Lululemon store! Kayla is the best salesperson and pretty much knew my style with just one look at me. She then made sure to bring me pieces in whichever size I needed until I had a great workout set. I was very impressed by the customer service and I'm looking forward to going back soon for my new winter look 😊

I went to the Enex Perth store with a pair of leggings that got a hole within the first year. I was served by a girl called Megan and it was the best exchange experience I’ve ever had.

She made sure an exchange was what I wanted and no questions asked she swapped them. I was even allowed to size down as the size I had was too big for me now.

I HIGHLY recommend this store and Megan! She was very accommodating and a lovely person.

Customer service is awesome as always. Very good guys range. They are running barber sessions for men too... which is surprising but welcome.

All staff are always kind and helpful. The products are amazing and the layout of the store makes it easy for you to find what you are looking for. Lululemon has a running group that runs every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday at different locations. So I highly recommend popping in this store for shopping, knowledge and to join a group of health unthusiasts!

I had the BEST experience yesterday at LuLu. All of the girls went above and beyond. Love love love the service. The gear goes without saying too. High quality all the way!
