I came back to South Morang Mazda to purchase a CX-3 for my mum. Once again, I received the best and most remarkable service from Matthew Lengyel and Jake Muzzie. There were a couple of hiccups, but the service these boys provide completely outweighs everything else. They truly treat you like family rather than another customer, I cannot express my sincere gratitude for making this dream happen for my mum, and we will hold this experience dearly.

The turnaround was extremely fast this time around which made the experience all the more seamless.

Also wanted to give a shout out to James Casamento for assisting me last year and in 2022 - you’re a legend!

11 August 2023 - There aren’t enough words to describe the impeccable service I received from South Morang Mazda. In 2022 I attempted to purchase a CX-30, however at the time it fell through. The service I received back then from Jake Muzzie was enough for me to come back this year to try again. This time, I had the pleasure of not only receiving the same service again from Jake on the finance side, but also from Matthew Lengyel in sales. Matthew was very professional in his approach, very friendly, listens to what you search for in a vehicle, treats you more like a good friend rather than just a customer, he is excellent in communication and providing you with updates along the journey. Matthew checks in with you to ensure you are happy with your purchase, goes above and beyond to deliver satisfaction and is very sincere. To be honest, Mazda team was amazing and we bough our new car and sales person Matthew was our sales person and he was absolutely champion.
From test drive to purchase he was with us and his sales knowledge is amazing. Jake from finance was also very polite and cooperative with us. He helped us to find best deal and Brenden service was also very impressive. Got wonderful deal and service from Mazda south Morang. Highly recommended.

Few points that probably make him different from others. Firstly, he understands the customer's needs and situation and gives all the available options with details overview of each of the options and then let the customer decide and choose whatever suits for them. From very first day he was there to help and make sure I get the best car; I must say his sales knowledge is extremely brilliant and this helps a lot to think and decide about what is worth paying. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure I find the right car for my needs.

The other person I would like to appreciate, and thanks is Cristofer Alessi from finance team. He was very calm and gives you plenty of options for the finances based on your financial situation to make it easier than feeling pain later. He made the financing process very smooth and easy, and I never felt pressured to decide.

Purchased my Mazda 3 about four years ago and have been very happy with it.
For the past year and a half to two years, I have mostly dealt with Daniel in the service department and I can’t speak highly enough about my experiences with him.
Daniel constantly provides beyond exceptional customer service and takes his job very seriously.
Anytime I have had an issue or concern with my vehicle in the past, Daniel has always taken the time to listen, understand and gone above and beyond to find a resolution.
